Initial Order. Effective upon the Closing, IXC accepts the Bandwidth Orders attached hereto as Exhibit G-1 as PSINet's initial Bandwidth Orders for the Requested Delivery dates specified therein.
Initial Order. Enrolled Affiliate’s initial order must meet the minimum purchase requirements for at least one Product Family. For every applicable Product Family except Microsoft Azure the initial order must also include the following:
A. Software Assurance on all perpetual Existing Baseline Licenses that have been continuously covered under Software Assurance;
B. License with Software Assurance or Subscription License for each Existing Baseline License that has not been continuously covered under Software Assurance; and
C. License with Software Assurance or Subscription Licenses for all New Baseline Licenses.
Initial Order. On the effective date of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR shall place an irrevocable order with TITANIUM for products with a net order value after discount of at least the amount specified in the term sheet.
Initial Order. Upon execution of this Agreement, Distributor will deliver to the Company a written purchase order covering 25% ($555,000) of the Year 1 minimum order quantity as described in Schedule 1.2. Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) of this will be paid by Distributor within 30 days of execution of this Agreement which will be debited against $555,000.
Initial Order. In addition to the Quota requirements set forth ------------- in EXHIBIT "D" hereto, within 30 days of execution of this Agreement, Distributor shall place with and deliver to the Company Distributor's initial Purchase Order for 1,050 VeriChip microchips, 100 VeriChip readers and 0 service plans to the Global VeriChip Registry System at the prices set forth in EXHIBIT "C" - Price List, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Initial Order. Each Billing Tenant Enrollment must include an initial order.
Initial Order. Upon execution of this Agreement, and as a condition precedent to the validity hereof, DISTRIBUTOR shall submit a Purchase Order (as defined in Paragraph 9 to ASTC for an Initial Order of ASTC Products at the prices set forth on Exhibit "B" annexed hereto except that the first unit ordered will reflect a * * *% discount, units * * * will reflect a * * *% discount, and all future orders will reflect a * * *% as shown on Exhibit B. The said Initial Order is set forth as Exhibit "C" annexed hereto.

Initial Order. Not included under the Chemical and Services Agreement are one-time use chemicals and lab equipment. These items are outlined in Schedule D-1. The amount of these items is estimated to be $XX,XXX.
