Nature and Purpose of the Processing. To help Customer obtain feedback from individuals, such as members of their community, staff, or officers. Features of My90 may include: 1.1. Survey Tool where Customer may create, distribute, and analyze feedback from individuals it designates. Customer may designate members of the community, staff or officers from whom they would like to obtain feedback; 1.2. Creation of custom forms for surveys. Customer may select questions from a list of pre-drafted questions or create their own; 1.3. Distribution of survey via multiple distribution channels such as text message; 1.4. Ability to access and analyze Survey Response. Axon may also provide Customer Aggregated Survey Responses which contain analysis and insights from the Survey Response; 1.5. Direct integrations into information systems including Computer Aided Dispatch ("CAD"). This will enable Customer to share contact information easily and quickly with Axon of any individuals from whom it wishes to obtain feedback, enabling Axon to communicate directly with these individuals; 1.6. Data Dashboard Beta Test ("Data Dashboard") where Survey Response and Aggregated Survey Response will be displayed for Customer use. Customer will be able to analyze, interpret, and share results of the Survey Response. My90 may provide beta versions of the Data Dashboard that are specifically designed for Customer to test before they are publicly available; 1.7. Survey Responses will be aggregated and de-identified and may be subsequently distributed and disclosed through various mediums to: (1) Customer; (2) other Axon Customer; (3) private companies; and (4) members of the public. The purpose of disclosure is to provide ongoing insights and comparisons on general policing and community trends. Prior to disclosing this information, Axon will ensure that the Survey Response has been de-identified and aggregated or transformed so that it is no longer reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly to a particular individual; and

Nature and Purpose of the Processing. Provision of software for the performance of CoolCare’s obligations under this Agreement. Where the Customer has agreed in writing, data analytics services may be provided in order to identify trends and make predictions based on Protected Data. In such a case, Protected Data shall be pseudonymised/anonymised to the greatest extent possible. Such processing shall not take place without the express written agreement of the Customer.
