Assistant Engineers. Effective December 1, 2021, the hourly wage of Assistant Engineers shall be increased by eighty ($.80) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 2021. The minimum hourly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than $26.38.

Assistant Engineers. Effective December 1, 2021 the monthly wage rate in effect for such employees shall be increased by 3.1% per hour, over and above their wages as of November 30, 2021, provided that the minimum monthly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than 80% of the then applicable minimum monthly wage rate for the Chief Engineer on the premises. Effective December 1, 2022 the monthly wage rate in effect for such employees shall be increased by 2.8% per hour, over and above their wages as of November 30, 2022, provided that the minimum monthly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than 80% of the then applicable minimum monthly wage rate for the Chief Engineer on the premises. Effective December 1, 2023 the monthly wage rate in effect for such employees shall be increased by 2.6% per hour, over and above their wages as of November 30, 2023, provided that the minimum monthly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than 80% of the then applicable minimum monthly wage rate for the Chief Engineer on the premises.

  • Assistant Professor An Assistant Professor is a member of a Faculty of the University who shall ordinarily have the following minimum qualifications: (a) A doctoral degree; (b) Aptitude for teaching university students. In the absence of the Secretary from any meeting of the Shareholders or Trustees, an Assistant Secretary, or if there be none or if he or she is absent, a temporary secretary chosen at such meeting shall record the proceedings thereof in the aforesaid books. Any Assistant Secretary shall have such duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or the President.
