Definitions and Application of Agreement. Section 1. The following terms as used in this Agreement, unless the context indicates otherwise, shall have the following meanings and the Agreement shall have the following application: (a) “Notice” or “Notification”. When required by an Employer, “notice” or “notification” means written notice sent either by: (i) first class mail or overnight delivery to the Union at its main office at 000 X. Xxxxxx Drive, 17th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60601; (ii) facsimile to a facsimile number regularly used by the Union; or (iii) e-mail to Residential Director or any other designated Union business representative.

  • Application of Agreement 4.1 This Agreement applies to: (a) Xxxxx Fabrications Pty Ltd (the Employer) (b) the CFMEU (the Union) (c) all Employees of the Employer engaged in construction work and for whom classifications and rates of pay are provided by this Agreement (the Employee). The Company acknowledges that if there are provisions of the Agreement other than those required to be included in the Agreement and this Addendum by SOPPA that the Company would like redacted before publication, the Company must submit a request in writing to the School District prior to execution of the Agreement and this Addendum. Only if the School District agrees to such redaction prior to the execution of the Agreement and this Addendum shall the redaction be made prior to publication.

  • Promotion of Agreement It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.
