Assistant Project Manager. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: a. Assist in the coordination and review of all assigned work packages and sub-packages, b. Assist in developing cost-effective proposals and schedules for the completion of task assignments that most effectively use available resources, c. Assist in overseeing the performance of all estimators and review construction documentation to ensure estimates are complete, d. Assist to assure proper administration of work tasks and billing information, e. Assist in checking for any discrepancies and correct any reported deficiencies, f. Assist in tracking and controlling delivery schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of assigned work packages and g. Assist in reporting to clients on the progress and any necessary modifications necessary to complete assigned tasks. h. Must be available to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
