Assistant Stage Manager. The “Assistant Stage Manager” will assist the Stage Manager and is responsible for the duties outlined in Article 38:00.
Assistant Stage Manager. ‌ The discussion to determine whether a production requires an Assistant Stage Manager will focus on, but not be limited to, the following points: (i) cast size; (ii) mechanized and/or automated scenery and/or flown personnel; (iii) size of moveable set pieces and the number of props; (iv) number of supernumeraries under the age of 12; or (v) the tradition or precedence set for a particular production (e.g., “Nutcracker” or “▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇”).
Assistant Stage Manager. The Assistant Stage Manager will work under the direction of the Production Stage Manager or Stage Manager and will fulfill all such tasks as are assigned by him/her. The Assistant Stage Manager may never be solely in charge of a performance or a production, and may only be assigned to any performance or production in conjunction with the Production Stage Manager or Stage Manager.
Assistant Stage Manager. During the term of the 2010-2013 Agreement, the Engager shall engage one (1) Assistant Stage Manager for not less than ten (10) weeks in each season. 13:10 Vacation shall not apply to the engagement of the Assistant Stage Manager. Vacation pay for Assistant Stage Manager shall be determined in accordance with Rule 13:11 of the Agreement.
