Common use of Assistant Treasurers Clause in Contracts

Assistant Treasurers. The Assistant Treasurers will, in the absence or disability of the Treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer and will perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Managers may from time to time prescribe.

Assistant Treasurers. Each Assistant Treasurer (if any) shall have the usual powers and duties pertaining to his office, together with such other powers and duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Treasurer, the chief executive officer or the Board.
