Lost, Destroyed and Mutilated Certificates. The holder of any shares of the Corporation shall immediately notify the Corporation of any loss, destruction or mutilation of the certificate therefor, and the Board may, in its discretion, cause to be issued to him a new certificate or certificates for such shares, upon the surrender of the mutilated certificates or, in the case of loss or destruction of the certificate, upon satisfactory proof of such loss or destruction, and the Board may, in its discretion, require the owner of the lost or destroyed certificate or his legal representative to give the Corporation a bond in such sum and with such surety or sureties as it may direct to indemnify the Corporation against any claim that may be made against it on account of the alleged loss or destruction of any such certificate.
Lost, Destroyed and Mutilated Certificates. The holder of any stock of the Corporation shall immediately notify the Corporation of any loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of the certificates therefor. The Corporation may issue a new certificate of stock in the place of any certificate theretofore issued by it alleged to have been lost, stolen or destroyed, and the Board of Directors may, in its discretion, require the owner of the lost, stolen or destroyed certificate, or his legal representatives, to give the Corporation a bond, in such sum not exceeding double the value of the stock and with such surety or sureties as they may require, to indemnify it against any claim that may be made against it by reason of the issue of such new certificate and against all other liability in the premises, or may remit such owner to such remedy or remedies as he may have under the laws of the State of Delaware.
Lost, Destroyed and Mutilated Certificates. Each recordholder of shares shall promptly notify the Corporation of any loss, destruction or mutilation of any certificate or certificates evidencing any share or shares of which he is the recordholder. The Board may, in its discretion, cause the Corporation to issue a new certificate in place of any certificate theretofore issued by it and alleged to have been mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, upon the surrender of the mutilated certificate or, in the case of loss, theft or destruction of the certificate, upon satisfactory proof of such loss, theft or destruction, and the Board may, in its discretion, require the recordholder of the shares evidenced by the lost, stolen or destroyed certificate or his legal representative to give the Corporation a bond sufficient to indemnify the Corporation against any claim made against it on account of the alleged loss, theft or destruction of any such certificate or the issuance of such new certificate.

Holders of the stock of the Corporation shall immediately notify the Corporation of any loss, destruction or mutilation of the certificate therefor, and the Board of Directors may in its discretion cause one or more new certificates for the same number of shares in the aggregate to be issued to such stockholder upon the surrender of the mutilated certificate or upon satisfactory proof of such loss or destruction, and the deposit of a bond in such form and amount and with such surety as the Board of Directors may require.

The Board of Directors or a committee designated thereby with power so to act may, in its discretion, cause to be issued a new certificate or certificates for stock of the Corporation in place of any certificate issued by it and reported to have been lost, destroyed or mutilated, upon the surrender of the mutilated certificates or, in the case of loss or destruction of the certificate, upon satisfactory proof of such loss or destruction, and the Board of Directors or such committee may, in its discretion, require the owner of the lost, destroyed or mutilated certificate or his or her legal representative to give the Corporation a bond in such sum and with such surety or sureties as it may direct to indemnify the Corporation against any claim that may be made against it on account of the alleged loss, destruction or mutilation of any such certificate.
Lost, Destroyed and Mutilated Certificates. The holder of any certificates issued by the Company shall immediately notify the Company of any loss, destruction or mutilation of the certificate or the failure to receive a certificate issued by the Company, and the Board of Managers or the Secretary of the Company may, in its or his discretion, cause to be issued to such holder a new certificate or certificates of Membership Interests, upon compliance with such rules, regulations and/or procedures as may be prescribed or have been prescribed by the Board of Managers with respect to the issuance of new certificates in lieu of such lost, destroyed or mutilated certificate or certificates issued by the Company which are not received, including reasonable indemnification to indemnify it against any claim that may be made against it on account of the alleged loss, theft or destruction of any such certificate or the issuance of such new certificate.
Lost, Destroyed and Mutilated Certificates. After receiving notice from a shareholder of any loss, destruction or mutilation of a share certificate, the Secretary or his nominee may in his discretion cause one or more new certificates for the same number of shares in the aggregate to be issued to such shareholder upon the surrender of the mutilated certificate or upon satisfactory proof of such loss or destruction and the deposit of a bond in such form and amount and with such surety as the Secretary or his nominee may require.
Lost, Destroyed and Mutilated Certificates. If any certificates for shares in the corporation become worn, defaced, or mutilated but are substantially intact and recognizable, the directors and authorized officers, upon production and surrender thereof, shall order the same cancelled and shall issue new certificates in lieu thereof. The holder of any shares in the corporation shall immediately notify the corporation if a certificate therefore shall be lost, destroyed, or mutilated beyond recognition, and the corporation may issue a new certificate in the place of any certificate theretofore issued by it which is alleged to have been lost, destroyed, or mutilated beyond recognition, and the board of directors may, in its discretion, require the owner of the certificate which has been lost, destroyed, or mutilated beyond recognition, or his legal representatives, to give the corporation a bond in such sum as the board of directors may direct to indemnify the corporation against any claims, loss, liability or damage it may suffer on account of the issuance of the new certificate. The board of directors may, however, in its discretion, refuse to issue any new such certificate except pursuant to legal proceedings, under the laws of Illinois in such case made and provided.
Lost, Destroyed and Mutilated Certificates. The holder of any certificated stock of the Company shall immediately notify the Company of any loss, destruction or mutilation of the certificate therefor. The Company may issue a new certificate or uncertificated stock in place of the lost or destroyed certificate, but as a condition to such issue, the holder of such certificate must make satisfactory proof of the loss or destruction thereof, and must give to the Company a bond of indemnity in form and amount and with one or more sureties satisfactory to the Treasurer, the Secretary or any Assistant Treasurer or Assistant Secretary. Such bond of indemnity shall also name as obligee each of the transfer agents and registrars for the stock the certificate for which has been lost or destroyed.
