Common use of Assistant Vice Presidents Clause in Contracts

Assistant Vice Presidents. At the request of any Vice President or in his or her absence or disability, the Assistant Vice President designated by the Initial Member shall perform all the duties of the Vice President and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon the Vice President. The Assistant Vice Presidents shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Initial Member.

Assistant Vice Presidents.
