Common use of Associate Agency Clause in Contracts

Associate Agency. “Associate Agency” is a unit of local government that has executed this Agreement from time to time who is not a Direct Provider and is not Directly Served by Snohomish County 911 but which receives police and/or fire/EMS services though a contract with a Principal or Subscriber of Snohomish County 911. Associate Agencies participate in the selection of a non-voting Governing Board Member as described in Exhibit B, and may participate in the Agency Assembly.
