Common use of Associate Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Associate Benefit Plans. The Executive will be eligible to participate in any and all employee benefit plans, medical insurance plans, retirement plans, and other benefit plans in effect for employees in similar positions at the Company (the "Company Plans") or any other plans applicable for other officers or executive officers of the Company. Such participation shall be subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and the Company's generally applied policies. In addition, the Executive acknowledges that the Company may elect to terminate or modify any or all Company Plans at any time.
