Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer of the Company.
Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee, Executive or key-employee benefit or incentive compensation plans maintained or established by the Company for the purpose of providing compensation and/or benefits to employees, Executives or key employees, generally, including without limitation, all pension, retirement, profit sharing, savings, stock option, deferred compensation and/or restricted stock grants. Unless otherwise provided herein, the compensation and benefits hereunder, and Executive's participation in such plans, practices and programs shall be on the same basis and terms as applicable to the other eligible participants in the particular plan, practice or program. No additional compensation provided under any such plans shall be deemed to modify or otherwise affect the terms of this Agreement or any of Executive's entitlements hereunder.
Other Employee Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs generally applicable to similarly situated executives of the Company as in effect from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall not participate in the Company’s Executive Incentive Compensation Plan or any other plan which provides incentive compensation generally to executive officers or other employees of the Company.
Other Employee Benefit Plans. All other employee benefit plans (including health insurance) of Seller and the assets thereof.
Other Employee Benefit Plans. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Executive expressly understands and agrees that he will not initially be entitled to become a participant in the STARR International Co., Inc. ("SICO") Deferred Compensation Profit Participation Plan ("SICO Plan") or to become a stockholder of X.X. XXXXX & Co., Inc. ("STARR"), but that following the first anniversary of the Effective Date, Parent will recommend to the Boards of Directors of SICO and of STARR that the Executive be eligible to commence participation in the SICO Plan and to become a stockholder of STARR, consistent with similarly situated executives of subsidiaries of Parent. Any participation in the SICO Plan or STARR will require a mutually agreeable reduction in the other compensation payable or provided to the Executive, including without limitation the Base Salary and the Annual Bonus, and such reduction will be a condition to participation in such plans and will in no event be deemed a breach of this Agreement. Any reduction in the compensation otherwise payable hereunder shall be agreed to, in writing, by the parties in advance of the time such reduction is to be effective, and such writing shall set forth, in reasonable detail sufficient for the Executive to understand, the compensation being provided in lieu thereof and all vesting and forfeiture provisions related thereto (and other restrictions, if any, on the ability of the Executive to access or receive such compensation).
Other Employee Benefit Plans. As of the Effective Date, Leslie's Delaware hereby assumes all obligations of Leslie's California under any and all employee benefit plans in effect as of said date or with respect to which employee rights or accrued benefits are outstanding as of said date.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. Executive shall be eligible to participate at a level commensurate with his position in any employee equity purchase plans or programs that may be adopted for the benefit of the Company’s officers or employees generally and in any employee fringe or other employee benefits and pension and/or profit sharing plans that may be provided by the Company for its senior executive employees in accordance with the provisions of any such plans, as the same may be in effect from time to time.
Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, the Employee and/or the Employee’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in all benefit plans and programs currently and hereafter maintained by the Company as set forth in the Company’s Employee Handbook (the “Handbook”). The Employee shall be eligible for participation in fringe benefits and perquisite plans, practices, policies and programs (including, without limitation, expense reimbursement plans, practices, policies and programs) on a basis that is commensurate with his/her position and no less favorable than those generally applicable or made available to most other Employees of the Company. Modification of this paragraph, if any, will be included on Exhibit B, attached hereto. Should Employee decline any benefit plans and programs offered by the Company, the Company has no obligation to pay Employee any amount as additional compensation. In each case, Employee’s participation in any such plan or program shall be subject to the eligibility requirements set forth in the Handbook. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Company shall have the right to cancel or change the benefit plans and programs at any time and without prior notice and shall have no liability to Employee in consequence of any such cancellation or change.
