Associate Members. Any Public Agency located within the jurisdictional authority of the County of Santa Xxxxx may, with the approval of the Board of Directors, become an Associate Member of the Agency by executing and delivering to the Agency an Associate Membership Agreement and providing an Associate Membership fee and as further provided in the Bylaws. An Associate Member shall not be entitled to representation on the Board of Directors, or to vote on any matter coming before the Board of Directors or the Agency, unless a separate written agreement is entered into between the Associate Member and the Agency.
