Associated Advisory Boards Sample Clauses

Associated Advisory Boards. Each director of the Company as of the Effective Time that is not appointed to the Surviving Corporation’s Board of Directors pursuant to Section 1.05 shall be appointed as of the Effective Time to one of the advisory boards of Associated, to serve for a period of one year from the Effective Time, in each case only to the extent that such director is willing to serve on such advisory board.
