Associated Facilities. 22. HMG shall ensure that unless otherwise agreed between HMG and ADB, facilities associated and/or linked to the Project, including the Nanhu Wastewater Treatment Plant and sewage network expansion and the construction of the Hongqi and the Nanhu pumping stations, will be completed and operational before the physical completion of the Project.
Associated Facilities. The Project may continue to use or depend on associated facilities that are not funded as part of the project but whose viability and existence depend on the project, and whose goods and services are essential for the successful operation of the Project3. The approach to managing the risks and impacts associated with the operation of these facilities will be the same as that adopted for the construction phase, that is, commensurate with risk and impact, as well as the degree of influence that can be exerted on the third party operator by the Project. To assist this process, the Register of Worksites and Facilities that was developed for construction will be amended to reflect the reduced use of associated facilities, and used as a management tool. 1 Indicates commencement of production.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.
