Shelters Sample Clauses

Shelters. This category includes all stand-alone shelters, both pre-fabricated and stick-built, used for housing System and associated communication equipment. For areas within existing buildings, this also includes required improvements to the rooms where the System and associated communications equipment is housed. Components in the shelters include racks, internal wiring, external ice bridges, foundations and leveling, exterior lighting, air conditioners, louvers, fans and door locks.
SheltersThe Board agrees that if one of its teams wants to have exclusive use during an event of a picnic shelter associated with a court, ball field, or athletic field, then that team shall be responsible for reserving that shelter through the City’s reservations staff. That use shall be without charge if the shelter use is associated with an athletic event scheduled under the authority of this Agreement.
SheltersEmployees working at Shelters may be required to work eight (8) hour shifts and/or twelve (12) hour shifts averaging no more than forty (40) hours per week.
Shelters. MSCR may use large shelters in Parks for MSCR summer campsprograms. Such use shall be charged a feeat fifty percent of $50 per day andthe approved shelter fees for all shelters except Level 1 Picnic Shelters, which shall be free of charge.
Shelters. A. Exhibit G sets forth the sites along the Argentina Route at which regeneration facilities and optical amplification facilities currently are located or are to be installed in accordance with the specifications set forth on Exhibit G and industry standards and practices in the country of Argentina (collectively, the "Shelters") and the approximate distance between such Shelters and the status of the Shelter sites as of the date of this Agreement. If Impsat's design of the Impsat Argentina System results in a distance between any two Shelters that is greater than 95 kilometers, * CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST - Confidential portion has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Impsat shall install additional Shelters at 360americas' request. For each additional Shelter, 360americas shall pay to Impsat the amount of US$[ ]* plus the Costs of acquiring and preparing the Shelter site. B. The IRU with respect to the Associated Properties shall include for 360americas the right to occupy and use, subject to the terms of this Agreement, 20 square meters of space and facilities in each Shelter. Such space shall be exclusively for 360americas. 360americas acknowledges that the sites for the Shelters may be shared with Impsat and other entities, but that 360americas shall have exclusive access to its Shelters for its sole use. C. Upon reasonable prior notification to Impsat, 360americas (and its supplier and agents) shall be given a right to unescorted access to the Shelter sites to maintain its equipment and to add or upgrade equipment as it may consider necessary. D. Impsat shall provide the services set forth in Exhibit G for the Shelters including, without limitation, power, air conditioning, security and fire suppression.
SheltersTransit shelter advertising is typically limited to two advertising panels that do not exceed four feet in width and six feet in height. Some advertising panels may be in a digital or electronic format. Other permissible advertising includes “wrap” materials that are applied to the shelter structure.

Shelters. (a) Shelters shall be Xxxxx Model 32640-03 (5x12) or an approved equivalent and Optional Xxxxx Model 35950- 00 (7x14) or an approved equivalent. (b) All shelters shall be manufactured in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided under Exhibit F-1. (c) The leg base shall include a thick aluminum custom fabricated escutcheon cover mechanically to be attached to base plates like the picture provided under Exhibit F-1. (d) All shelters shall be designed to support Solar Lighting, Solar Panels and battery systems installation. (e) The shelters must be ADA complaint with all applicable building codes, and designed to withstand all extreme wind, weather, and rain loads typical to Central Texas. (f) The shelters shall be designed in a manner that allows a moderately experienced technician to assemble, install and disassemble, and remove the unit on a concrete slab site. (g) Shelters shall be fabricated with metal components finished in Super Durable baked powder coat color RAL9006 White Aluminum and with a clear coat. (h) The Contractor shall make any necessary penetrations for easy installation. (i) The Contractor shall provide two (2) re-touch spray paint cans per shelter for future use. The color of the re- touch spray paint shall be RAL9006 White Aluminum or an approved equivalent. (j) CapMetro reserves the right to acquire, at any time during the term of the contract, the Optional Shelter Items and Shelter Parts separately priced under Exhibit A. The Contractor shall provide, on an as needed basis, the following Optional Shelter Items: Shelter (7x14 – Xxxxx Model 35950-00 or an approved equivalent), CapMetro Banner Sign (Refer to the paragraph below for detailed requirements), and Integrated Solar Light- ing. The Contractor shall also provide, on an as needed basis, the following Shelter Parts: Box of Paint (RAL9006 White Aluminum or an approved equivalent), Dual Post End Leg with Radius Front Post, End Leg Perforated Metal Screen, Split Shoe Escutcheon Cover, Split Shoe Weldment, Left Rear Screen Post, Center Rear Screen Post, Right Rear Screen Post, Rear Screen Shoe Weldment, and Rear Perforated Screen Panel. (k) Shelter will be installed by CapMetro on both existing and new concrete pads.
SheltersThe contractor will install government purchased shelters which consist of open side post and beam type pavilions of approximately 900 SQFT, or construct new shelters, as directed by the COR. 6.1 Construction will include the placement and finishing of concrete slabs and installation of utilities identified in TP-14.2. 6.2 An impact site will be constructed around the shelter building IAW specifications provided by the COR using 100% recycled materials or other means approved by the COR.

  • Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply: i) Where a full-time nurse performs such duties during her or his regular shift, the full-time nurse shall be paid her or his regular rate of pay. Where a full-time nurse performs such duties outside her or his regular shift or on a day off, she or he shall be paid the appropriate overtime rate. ii) Where a part-time nurse performs such duties during an assigned shift, she or he shall be paid her or his regular rate of pay. Where a part-time nurse continues to perform such duties in excess of her or his assigned shift, she or he shall be paid the appropriate overtime rate. (b) Where such duties extend beyond the nurse's regular shift, the Hospital will not require the nurse to return to regular duties at the hospital without at least eight (8) hours of time off. Where such time off extends into the nurse's next regularly scheduled shift she or he will maintain her or his regular earnings for that full shift. (c) Hours spent between the time the nurse is relieved of patient care responsibilities and the time the nurse returns to the hospital or to such other location agreed upon between the Hospital and the nurse will be paid at straight time or at appropriate overtime rates, if applicable under Article 14. 01. It is understood that the nurse shall return to the hospital or to such other location agreed upon between the Hospital and the nurse at the earliest opportunity. Prior to the nurse's departure on escort duty, or at such other time as may be mutually agreed upon between the Hospital and the nurse, the Hospital will establish with the nurse arrangements for return travel. (d) The nurse shall be reimbursed for reasonable out of pocket expenses including room, board and return transportation and consideration will be given to any special circumstances not dealt with under the foregoing provisions. NOTE 1: (Note 1 applies to full-time nurses only) The Hospital agrees to continue to pay any greater monetary benefit for ambulance escort duty if such greater benefit has been paid by the Hospital immediately prior to this Agreement. This note applies at Hospitals where this superior condition exists as of December 14, 1987. NOTE 2: (Note 2 applies to part-time nurses only) The Hospital agrees to continue to pay any greater monetary benefit for ambulance escort duty if such greater benefit was paid by the Hospital under a Collective Agreement immediately prior to this Agreement. This note applies at Hospitals where this superior condition exists as of December 14, 1987.

  • Compaction 11.1 Concrete shall be thoroughly compacted and fully worked around the reinforcement, around embedded fixtures and into corners of the formwork. 11.2 Concrete shall be compacted using mechanical vibrators complying with IS 2505, IS 2506, IS 2514 and IS:4656. Over vibration and under vibration of concrete are harm full and shall be avoided. Vibration of very wet mixes shall also be avoided. Whenever vibration has to be applied externally, the design of formwork and the disposition of vibrators shall receive special consideration to ensure efficient compaction and to avoid surface blemishes.

  • Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)

  • Generator Subject to the provisions of this Section 29.36, Tenant shall be entitled to install, operate and maintain a generator and any other equipment related thereto, including, without limitation, a fuel system, wiring and shaft space (“Generator”) next to the Building at Tenant’s sole cost and expense (without paying any additional fee or rental to Landlord for the use thereof). Prior to the installation of the Generator, Tenant shall inspect the proposed location to determine a suitable location for the Generator, and Tenant shall submit written plans and specifications relative to the type, size and proposed location (including any proposed screening) of the Generator to Landlord for its review and written approval. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the cost of acquisition, installation, operation, and maintenance of the Generator; and Tenant shall install, maintain and operate the Generator in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, including without limitation, obtaining and maintaining any and all permits, approvals and licenses required to install and operate the Generator by any governmental authority having jurisdiction. Landlord and Tenant agree that, upon the expiration of earlier termination of the Lease Term, Tenant shall not be required to remove the Generator, any associated cabling, wiring and screening or other improvements. Tenant shall not be entitled to grant or assign to any third party (other than a permitted assignee of Tenant’s rights under the Lease or a permitted subtenant relative to the Premises (or a portion thereof)) the right to use the Generator without Landlord’s prior written consent (which consent may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s discretion). Upon reasonable advance notice to Tenant (and provided Landlord reasonably coordinates with Tenant and provides an alternate source of backup generator capacity during said transition), Landlord shall be entitled to cause the Generator to be moved to another location near the Building, at Landlord’s cost and expense. Tenant shall pay all personal property taxes on the Generator. Tenant shall also pay any increases in the real property taxes of the Building due to the installation of the Generator within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice from Landlord which includes proof of such increase in taxes. Tenant’s indemnity obligations under Section 5.4.1.5 of the Lease, relating to the use of Hazardous Materials, shall apply to the use and operation of the Generator. Finally, Tenant’s insurance obligations under Section 10.3 of the Lease shall apply to the Generator.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Foundations nor shall the Contractor be responsible for correction of leaks resulting from said failure.
