Association Management a. Every plotholder is a member of the Association. Members who have not paid their rent will not be eligible to participate in any ballot.
b. The amount of rent payable per plot per annum will be agreed by members at the AGM. Each annual rental period will start on November 1 and the rent is due on that date. If by the end of November the member has not paid the plot rental they will be required to pay a penalty fee of £
Association Management. Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that affiliates of Seller may act as the managing agents of certain associations and/or metropolitan districts operating within the Snowmass Base Village, including, without limitation, the Association and the Master Association, under separate management agreements with such entities. An affiliate of Seller also acts as managing agent for individual residential owners within the Condominium Project under separate agreements with these owners.
Association Management. Service and Repair Easements. There is hereby established on, over, under and/or across the portions of any Lot adjacent to any portion of the Easement Areas and Common Areas, in favor of the Association and its agents, contractors and employees, a management, access, service, repair and replacement easement for the purposes of operating, maintaining, repairing and/or replacing the Common Elements, Easement Areas and Common Areas. With respect to the easements created or reserved under Section l.4(c) and this Section 1.4(d), the same shall be established and used in a manner so as not to unreasonably interfere with other Ground Lessees' use and enjoyment of their Lots; (e) Common Signage Easements.
