Assumption of Landlord Lease Obligations. Contemporaneously with such Transfer, the transferee Landlord must assume in writing the obligations of Landlord under this Lease arising from and after the date of such Transfer and the other obligations of Landlord under the Right of Use Agreements arising from and after the date of such Transfer; and
