Capital Lease Obligations. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of the Subsidiaries to, incur any Capital Lease Obligations if, after giving effect to the incurrence of such Capital Lease Obligations, the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Capital Lease Obligations of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries would exceed $500,000,000.
