ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY AND CONTROL. The Licensor reserves its right, consistent with the applicable decisions and rulings of the CRTC, to request the Licensee to transfer responsibility and control of its In-Building Wire. Such transfer shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee and on terms and conditions acceptable to the Licensee. If the Licensor assumes responsibility and control of in-building wire installed by the Licensee, it will be entitled to recover the reasonable costs of its maintenance and management to the extent permitted by the CRTC.
