Assumption of Risks. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

Assumption of Risks. I understand that a helmet designed for recreational snow sports may reduce the risk of some types of head injuries. I recognize that serious injury or death can result from both low and high energy impacts, even when a helmet is worn. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve Skiing involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, ice and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; changes or variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; changes or variations in the surface or sub-surfacesub‐surface, including changes due to man-made man‐made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, creeks and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-road banks or cut-cut banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making snowmaking equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic use of halfpipes, terrain parks, rails, boxes, jumps and wild animals other features including dogs and bearsuse of dryslope or other artificial surface material; collision with other skiers or snowboarders, or other persons; encounters with domestic or wild animals; loss of balance or control; slips, trips trips, and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; lacerations and abrasions; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; becoming lost or separated from one’s party; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF SKIING. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above of Skiing exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH SKIING, AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS HAZARDS, AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE DAMAGE, OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

I am aware The undersigned understands that skiingMotorcycle Riding involves many inherent risks, snowboarding hazards, and participating in snow school lessonsdangers which may cause injury, clinics including death, to person and sessions involve damage to property and that the Leased Property may include steep or rugged terrain and features that are both physically and technically challenging and will expose the rider to many risks, dangers dangers, and hazards including, hazards. These include but are not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanchesmechanical failure of equipment; exposed rockrisk of drowning; falls; loss of balance; high speed descents; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and direction; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; extreme variation in terrain including steep or slippery sections, earthtrees, iceroots, tree stumps, logs, cliffs, rocks, rock drops, loose gravel, holes, depressions, ditches, streams, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towersconstructed feature such as bridges, fences, snow making equipmentculverts, snow grooming equipmentramps, snowcatsladders, snowmobiles or bumps, berms, jumps, and drops; collisions with natural and constructed objects, other motorcycle riders, vehicles, equipment or structurespedestrians, and spectators; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasitesanimals, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct insects; sunburn, heat stroke, heat exhaustion, or indirect contactother conditions related to being outside; negligent first aid; failure to act safely cuts, punctures, stings, bites, or within one’s own ability any other injury including allergic reactions caused by or to stay within designated areasresulting from the presence of trees, plants, other vegetation, bees, wasps, spiders, or other insects; negligence of other personsriders or users of the Leased Property; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEESnegligence on the part of the Releasees, including the failure on the part of the Releasees to safeguard or protect me from the risks, dangers, and hazards associated with the use of the Leased Property. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware The undersigned acknowledges that the risks, dangers and hazards referred of Motorcycle Riding are increased during races, competitions, and contests, due to above exist throughout the competitive nature of the activity and beyond the ski area fact that there will be other participants on the same area. The undersigned freely accepts and that many fully assumes all such risks, dangers, and hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKSand the possibility of personal injury, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURYdeath, DEATHproperty damage, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROMor loss resulting there from.

These include but are not limited to: boarding, riding travel by helicopter over mountainous or alpine environment; helicopter crashes; being struck by rotating helicopter blades and disembarking ski liftstail rotors; changing weather conditionsdrowning; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes hypothermia due to man-made exposure to very cold water; mechanical malfunction of helicopters or artificial snowmotorized boats; variable pilot error; travel over extreme, mountainous or alpine terrain where fallen timber, branches, rocks, roots, logs, loose gravel or other obstacles or hazards, steep slopes or unstable ground may cause slips and difficult conditionsfalls; travel on, through or beside snowfields, glaciers, crevasses, streams, creeks, rivers, ponds and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams lakes; rock slides; avalanches; lightning, high winds or creeksadverse weather conditions; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roadsinjury to eyes, road-banks face, hands and other body parts due to contact with or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles impaling on hooks or other vehicles, equipment or structuresfragments from fishing rods; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs dogs, and bearswildlife, including bears and cougars; collision with other personsbecoming lost or separated from the guide or party; loss miscellaneous health problems related to over-exposure to the sun, insect bites, fatigue, stress, dehydration, exertion, high altitude and lack of balance or controlfitness; slips, trips food poisoning; negligent first aid; and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely . Communication in the alpine and backcountry terrain is difficult and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be immediately available. Alpine and backcountry weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly and without warning. I am also aware that further a risk, danger and hazard of participating in Adventure Activities is negligence, inattention or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence inexperience of other persons; members of my party, and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. Paddle Sport Activities often take place in remote locations, where assistance, medical and first aid services and evacuation may not be readily available, and communication may be difficult or not possible. The risks, dangers and hazards that may be encountered include, but are not limited to: boarding, riding accidents which occur during transportation or travel to and disembarking ski liftsfrom the departure point; slips and falls while getting into or out of the boats; overturning of the boats; loss of balance; impact or collision with objects; cold water immersion; repetitive strain injuries; dislocated shoulders; hypothermia; drowning; changing and inclement weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rockconditions including storms, earthhigh wind, icehigh waves, floods and flash floods, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structureslightning; encounters with domestic or wild animals; all forms and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss sources of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessonsillness; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence on the part of other personsparticipants; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I am also aware that there is a risk of NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarkedOF PARTICIPATING IN RIVER ACTIVITIES. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN RIVER ACTIVITIES AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions River Rafting Activities involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boardingaccidents which occur during transportation or travel to and from the river; the overturning or upsetting of rafts or boats; sudden violent and unexpected movement of the boat or raft; entrapment by trees, riding and disembarking ski liftslogs, rocks or equipment; changing weather conditionshypothermia due to exposure to very cold water; avalanchesfalling from the boat or raft into long sections of continuous rapids; exposed rockimpact or collision with rocks, earthtrees, icelogs, deadfall, other vessels, other persons and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making boating equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and or wild animals including dogs or poisonous flora; high winds; equipment failure; variation in the water conditions, surfaces and bearscurrents; collision with negligence of other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact. I am also aware that fishing, hiking, backpacking, camping and backcountry travel involve many risks, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to steep slopes in their natural state that may contain many obstacles and hazards; negligent first aidterrain that may not have been travelled on or climbed before and is not regularly patrolled or inspected; failure to act safely becoming lost or within one’s own ability separated from the guide or to stay within designated areasparty; rock slides; rapid and extreme change in weather conditions; negligence of other persons; participants. Communication in the backcountry terrain is difficult, and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be available. I am also aware that there is a risk of NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES , INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF BY THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF RIVER RAFTING ACTIVITIES. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred of river rafting contribute to above exist throughout the enjoyment and beyond excitement of the ski area and that many hazards are unmarkedsport. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH RIVER RAFTING ACTIVITIES AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR and PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

Assumption of Risks. I am participating voluntarily in the Bombshell Enduro and am aware that the Bombshell Enduro may involve risks, hazards and dangers, including the possibility of damage to my property, physical or psychological injury and death. I am aware that skiingmy participation in the Bombshell Enduro is subject to various inherent dangers, snowboarding hazards and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited towithout limitation: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalancheslimited visibility; exposed rockvariations in steepness in terrain; variations or changes in terrain surface including holes, earthdepressions, iceloose gravel, cliffs, rocks, mud, creeks, bumps, berms, jumps, steep or slippery sections, off-camber turns, and other natural objects; treesEquipment and vehicle failure, tree xxxxxmalfunction or loss; loss of balance, tree stumps difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and forest deadfalldirection; the condition of snow impact or ice on collision with natural or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snowobjects; variable encounters with wildlife, including bears, birds, cougars and difficult conditionsinsects; streams, creeks, travel on roadways and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat logging roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towerspersons, fencesanimals, snow making equipmentbicycles or vehicles; becoming lost or separated from the volunteers, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles instructors or other vehicles, equipment or structuresparticipants; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure failing to act safely or within one’s own ability ability; risks that may arise due to my inadequate physical fitness or endurance; lack of preparation; inadequate, inappropriate, improperly prepared or adjusted Equipment; risk of falling, causing broken bones, severe injuries to stay within designated areasthe head, neck, back, torso or limbs which may result in severe impairment, injury or death; allergic or other physical reactions due to airborne or ingested substances or insect bites or stings; weather related injuries and illness including exposure, heat exhaustion, sunburn, hypothermia and dehydration; accidents or illness arising without ready access to medical facilities; any ill effect from food or drink, including but not limited to food poisoning, intoxication, sickness or allergic reaction; exposure to viruses, including COVID-19; negligence of other personspersons including negligence, mistake or omission on the part of fellow participants in the Bombshell Enduro; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions the Activities include inherently dangerous activities that involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, including but not limited to: boardingfacilities or equipment related faults, riding defects, or hazards; facilities or equipment operator error; failure of personal flotation devices or other flotation devices; outdoor areas that are uncontrolled, unmarked, and disembarking ski liftsnot inspected; changing weather conditions; dangerous, rough or uneven terrain with unexpected hazards, falling objects, avalanches, encounters with unpredictable and dangerous wildlife; exposed and falling rock, earth, ice, trees, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfalldead fall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams holes; impact or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with trees, lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, or snow grooming equipment, snowcatssnow cats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic boarding, riding and wild animals disembarking facilities or equipment including dogs but not limited to ski lifts; dangerous and bearsunpredictable ocean or fresh water conditions including but not limited to changing water flow, tides, currents, waves, ships’ wakes, high water, and rocks; collision with collision, capsizing, sinking or other personshazard which results in wetness, injury, exposure to the elements, hypothermia, and/or drowning; changing weather conditions including but not limited to conditions that may cause the terrain, equipment or structures to be slippery, or cause weather related accidents or injuries; motor or other vehicle accidents or collisions; loss of balance or control; slipsphysical coordination; falls, trips and fallsphysical exertion; accidents during snow school lessonsshock, stress or other injury to the body; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; the failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or ability; the failure to stay within designated areas; the possibility that any of the participants may not heed safety instructions or restrictions given to the group; becoming lost or separated from one’s group or guide; delayed rescue and limited accessibility for first aid responders; negligent first aid; negligence of other participants, skiers, snowboarders, cyclists, hikers and other persons; negligence of third party operators, and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEESVIU, VIU’S STAFF, OR VIU’S CONTRACTORS OR SUBCONTRACTORS. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES VIU OR ITS STAFF TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME THE PARTICIPANT FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF THE ACTIVITIES. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area Activities and that many hazards are unmarked. THE PARTICIPANT IS PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES VOLUNTARILY AND NOBODY BY OR ON BEHALF OF VIU HAS INDUCED THE PARTICIPANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES OR MADE ANY REPRESENTATIONS TO THE UNDERSIGNED ABOUT THE PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES OTHER THAN THOSE INDICATED IN THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIVITIES AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR AND LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions the Wilderness Activities involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski liftsavalanches; changing weather conditionsconditions and visibility; avalanchesmechanical failure of the Equipment; exposed rockfailing to use the Equipment safely or within one’s own ability; failure to control the snowmobile’s speed or direction, earth, ice, stopping distances and other natural objectsturning radius; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfallloss of balance; loss of control of the condition of snow snowmobiles; rolling over or ice on flipping the snowmobiles; changes or beneath the surface; variations variation in the terrain used for the Wilderness Activities which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface collision with other vehicles, equipment, structures, objects or sub-surfacepersons; collision with exposed rock, including changes due to snow, ice, earth, trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps, forest deadfall or other natural or man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structuresobjects; encounters with domestic wildlife, including bears and wild animals including dogs cougars; travel on back-country roads and bearstrails; collision with becoming lost or separated from the guides, instructors or other persons; loss of balance or controlparticipants; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessonsfailing to act safely or within one’s own ability while participating in the Wilderness Activities; failing to remain within designated areas; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; negligent first aid; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF THE WILDERNESS ACTIVITIES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES , INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF BY THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. Communication in the alpine terrain may be difficult, and in the event of an accident, rescue, medical treatment and evacuation may not be available or may be delayed. I am aware that skiingthe activities involved with Grouse Mountain Summer Adventure Camps including but not limited to, snowboarding hiking, rappelling, orienteering, shelter building, wildlife feeding, ropes courses, GPS navigation, rock climbing, archery, building bat boxes or other items, scavenger hunts and participating in snow school lessons, clinics sightseeing (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Activities”) and sessions the use of the facilities at Grouse Mountain involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski liftsthe tramway , chairlifts or elevators; changing sudden and unexpected changes in weather conditions; avalanches; exposed or falling rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in ; areas where the surface trail or sub-surfaceroute is rough, including changes due to man-made unstable or artificial snownot defined; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevassesexposed holes on or adjacent to the trails; rock fall; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons, encounters with wild animals including bears and cougars; overexposure to the sun, fatigue, dehydration, hypothermia and overexertion; becoming lost or separated from one’s party; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area Grouse Mountain and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating participation in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve many the Activities involves risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, slips and falls while riding or while getting on and disembarking ski liftsgetting off of the bicycle; changing and inclement weather conditionsconditions including storms, high wind and lightening; avalanchescollision with rocks, trees, logs, deadfall, pedestrians, other cyclists or other types of vehicles; exposed rockequipment failure; accidents that occur while hiking and camping including steep slopes in their natural state that may contain many obstacles and hazards, earthand terrain that may not have been traveled on or climbed before and is not regularly patrolled or inspected; inability to control one’s speed and direction; variation in the terrain including potholes, depressions, inclines/declines, soft shoulders, loose gravel, rocks, mud, roots, forest deadfall, snow, ice, and or other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice man- made objects on or beneath adjacent to the surfacetrails/roads; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas integrity of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snowstructures including tent platforms, benches, tables, toilets; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structuresinability to obtain emergency medical assistance due to remoteness of locations; encounters with wild and domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance animals, becoming lost or control; slipsseparated from one’s guide, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aidparty; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; and negligence of other persons; and . I AM AWARE THAT ONE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF THE ACTIVITIES IS NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES , INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF THE ACTIVITIES, SOME OF WHICH ARE REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

Assumption of Risks. I understand that use of a helmet designed for recreational snow sports will help reduce the risk of some types of injuries to the user at slower speeds. I recognise that serious injury or death can result from both low and high energy impacts, even when a helmet is worn. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve skiing involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, ice and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; changes or variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; changes or variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, creeks and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-road banks or cut-bankscut backs; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making snowmaking equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic use of halfpipes, terrain parks, rails, boxes, jumps and wild animals including dogs and bearsother features; collision with other skiers or snowboarders, or other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; the failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; loss of balance or control; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEESSKI AREA OPERATOR. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE NEGLEGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES SKI OPERATOR TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF SKIING. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH SKIING, AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS HAZARDS, AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR AND LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

Such risks, dangers and hazards include but are not limited to: boardingunwanted collision or impact with projectile objects or equipment; collision or impact with equipment, riding and disembarking ski liftsother persons, or natural or man‐made obstacles; changing weather cuts or abrasions from equipment; improper use or failure of equipment; power, mechanical or structural failure of facilities, terrain or equipment; falling off equipment or from heights; failure to properly adjust or fasten equipment; exposure to cold conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow sudden stops or ice on or beneath the surface; variations changes in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aiddirection; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; slips, trips, falls, or loss of balance; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed or direction; changes or variations in terrain or surface, including but not limited to cracks, ruts, etc.; negligence of other persons; a medical condition, whether known or unknown; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risksAM AWARE OF, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT, PARTICIPATION IN ON‐ICE ACTIVITIES AND MY PRESENCE AT THE PREMISES, AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURYIn consideration of the rental of the Equipment, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.I hereby agree as follows:

I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating participation in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve River Rafting involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, including but not limited to: boarding, riding accidents which occur during transportation or travel to and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; from the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or controlriver; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessonsthe overturning or upsetting of rafts; sudden, violent and unexpected movement of the raft; entrapment by trees, logs, rocks or equipment; drowning; hypothermia due to exposure to very cold water; falling from the raft into long sections of continuous rapids; impact or collision with rocks, trees, logs, deadfall, other watercraft and equipment; encounters with domestic or wild animals; high winds or adverse weather conditions; equipment failure; variation in the water conditions, surfaces and currents; miscellaneous health problems related to over-exposure to the sun; dehydration; food poisoning; insect bites; negligent first aid or evacuation following an accident; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other personsparticipants; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED OF PARTICIPATING IN RIVER RAFTING. Communication on the river and in the backcountry may be difficult and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be available. Alpine and backcountry weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly and without warning. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Release Agreement”) BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT YOU WILL WAIVE OR GIVE UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO ABOVE. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES RELEASEES AND THE MANUFACTUERS AND DISTRIBUTORS AND THEIR STAFF, INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF ELECTRIC BIKING AS A RESULT OF MY USE OF THE EQUIPMENT. Assumption of Risks. I am aware Injuries are a common and expected part of mountain biking. Serious injuries including paralysis, head injuries and death can occur while mountain biking. Mountain biking takes place on steep and rugged terrain and features that skiing, snowboarding are both physically and participating in snow school lessons, clinics technically challenging and sessions involve will expose the rider to many risks, dangers and hazards including, hazards. These include but are not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalancheslightning; exposed rockexposure to temperature extremes or inclement weather; exposure to forest fires and smoke inhalation; travel or transport to and from the sites used for mountain biking; mechanical failure of equipment; damage to equipment; slips, earthtrips and falls; loss of balance; high speed descents; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and direction; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; extreme variation in cycling terrain including steep or slippery sections, icetrees, roots, tree stumps, logs, cliffs, rocks, rock drops, loose gravel, holes, depressions, streams and creeks; constructed technical terrain features including but not limited to A-frames, berms, bumps, bridges, drops, gap jumps, jumps, ladders, ladder bridges, log rides, pump tracks, ramps, rock faces, rock gardens, roller coasters, skinnys, xxxxxx totters, and wallrides; collisions with natural and constructed objects, other natural objects; treesmountain bikers, tree xxxxx, tree stumps vehicles and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structurespersons; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs but not limited to dogs, bears and bearscougars; collision with other persons; loss of balance becoming lost or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areasseparated from ones party; negligence of other personsriders and guests; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF PARTICIPATING IN MOUNTAIN BIKING. Communication in the remote terrain that is used for Mountain Biking is difficult and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be readily available. I am aware that my participation in snow school lessonsGirls Do Ski Activities is subject to various inherent dangers, clinics hazards and sessions involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited towithout limitation: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; , exposed or subsurface rock, earth, ice, cornices and other natural or manmade objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain or weather which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, creeks and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; holes and depressions, cliffs; , banks, fences, crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, trees, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehiclesvehicle equipment, equipment structures or structuresother persons; winter travel on highways, backcountry roads and snowcat roads; becoming lost or separated from the instructor or other participants of Girls Do Ski Activities; encounters with domestic and or wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other personsanimals; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability ability; equipment failure; weather related injuries and illness including frostbite, exposure, heat exhaustion, sunburn, hypothermia and dehydration; exposure to and transmission of illness, including COVID-19; accidents or illness arising without ready access to stay within designated areasmedical facilities; risks that may arise due to my inadequate physical fitness or endurance; injuries which may arise from embarking and disembarking ski lifts, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles; negligence of other personsskiers, snowboarders and other persons including negligence, mistake or omission on the part of fellow participants in Girls Do Ski Activities; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKSprivacy breaches, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that hacking, technology malfunction or damage; negligence on the part of the Releasees, including the failure on the part of the Releasees to take reasonable steps to safeguard or protect me from the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and above. I am aware that many hazards are unmarked. I I, am aware that skiing, snowboarding paragliding involves many and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve many varied risks, dangers and hazards includingin addition to the risks, dangers and hazards normally associated with alpine sports. These additional risks, dangers and hazards include, but are not limited to: boarding, riding the risk of collision with natural or manmade objects, collision with other hikers, spectators, paragliders, or persons on or near the premises used for paragliding, loss of control either in the air or on the ground, accidents resulting from inclement weather or winds, variable and disembarking ski lifts; changing extreme weather conditions, changing visibility, high winds, failure to follow instructors during the paragliding activities, mechanical failure of the equipment, loss of flying control including collapse, stall, spiral, change in direction or flight path, rapid rate of descent or ascent, pitch, yaw, roll and change in turning radius; avalanches; variation in the launch and landing surfaces including holes, depressions, loose gravel, exposed rock, earth, water, snow, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towersexposed rock, water, snow, cables, fences, snow making equipmentvehicles, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles structures or other vehicles, equipment or structuresobjects; rockslides; avalanches; high altitude; encounters with domestic and wild animals wildlife, including dogs birds and bears, travel over extreme mountainous or alpine terrain; collision with travel on highways and back- country roads; becoming lost or separated from other personspilots, guides, instructors or other participants; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure failing to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areasability; negligence of other persons; persons and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES , INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS DANGERS, AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEASSOCIATED WITH PARAGLIDING. I am also aware that communication in the terrain used for paragliding may be difficult and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical assistance may not be immediately available. I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout hazards, and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKSpossibility of personal injury, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURYdeath, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROMproperty damage or loss resulting therefrom.

Assumption of Risks. I understand that my use of the CWSAA Competitor Pass is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Release Agreement and on the exclusion of liability set forth on the ski are day pass issued by the Ski Area Operator and on notices posted on various locations at the Ski Area as set out below. I agree to assume all risks, dangers and hazards associated with the use of the CWSAA Competitor Pass. I am aware that skiing, skiing or snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions the use of the facilities at the ski areas (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Activities”) involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing slips, trips and falls; loss of balance or control; sudden and unexpected changes in weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevassesexposed holes on or adjacent to the trails; rockfall; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips encounters with wild and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aiddomestic animals; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligent first aid; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND AM FULLY AWARE of the dangers involved in the performance of the Activities and Programs, and the dangers inherent to snow sports, including those caused by gravitational forces or otherwise. I understand and accept that by engaging in the Activities and Programs, my life and physical safety are endangered. FURTHERMORE, I understand and accept that the above mentioned dangers exist within the Activities and Program areas, and may include environmental conditions, technical equipment and atmospheric influences, or natural or manmade obstacles. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding certain movements or actions cannot always be anticipated or controlled and participating therefore cannot be avoided or prevented through safety measures. I am aware of the physical exertion required to participate in snow school lessons, clinics the Activities and sessions involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, icePrograms, and other natural objects; treesI am aware that this exertion may activate, tree xxxxxre-activate or aggravate pre-existing injuries, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow conditions, symptoms or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; congenital defects. encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES , INCLUDING FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout the area used for skiing, snowboarding and beyond the ski area Activities and Programs of the Releasees, and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR AND LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve Wilderness Activities involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, hazards. These include but are not limited to: boardingtravel by helicopter over mountainous or alpine environment; helicopter crashes; being struck by rotating helicopter blades and tail rotors; drowning; hypothermia due to exposure to very cold water; mechanical malfunction of helicopters or motorized boats; pilot error; travel over extreme, riding mountainous or alpine terrain where fallen timber, branches, rocks, roots, logs, loose gravel or other obstacles or hazards, steep slopes or unstable ground may cause slips and disembarking ski liftsfalls; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rockaccess to pick up, earth, icedrop off, and other natural objectslanding zones; treestravel on, tree xxxxxthrough or beside resource roads, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or sled tracks, snowfields, glaciers, ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surfacecaves, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; crevasses, streams, creeks, rivers, open water, ponds and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams lakes; rock slides; avalanches; lightning, high winds or creeksadverse weather conditions; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roadsinjury to eyes, road-banks face, hands and other body parts due to contact with or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles impaling on hooks or other vehicles, equipment or structuresfragments from fishing rods; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs dogs, and bearswildlife, including bears and cougars; collision with other personsbecoming lost or separated from the guide or party; loss miscellaneous health problems related to over-exposure to the sun, insect bites, fatigue, stress, dehydration, exertion, high altitude and lack of balance or controlfitness; slips, trips food poisoning; allergic reaction; negligent first aid; and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely . Communication in the alpine and backcountry terrain is difficult and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be immediately available. Alpine and backcountry weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly and without warning. I am also aware that further a risk, danger and hazard of participating in Wilderness Activities is negligence, inattention or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence inexperience of other persons; members of my party, and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY TO ALL FUTURE PARTICIPATION IN WILDERNESS ACTIVITIES THIS SEASON INITIAL In consideration of the Releasees allowing me to participate in Wilderness Activities, I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding Air Bag and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve Trampoline Activities will expose me to many risks, dangers and hazards includingthat could result in injury, paralysis, death, property damage or loss to me or other third parties. The risks, dangers and hazards include, but are not limited to: boarding, riding injury to the musculoskeletal system including but not limited to muscle and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, icejoint sprains and strains, and broken bones; cuts and bruises; concussions; paralysis; injury or death caused by falling off of the Air Bags or Trampolines or other natural objectsequipment, flipping, colliding with or being landed on by others; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfalldouble bouncing (more than one person per air bag or trampoline) which can create a rebound effect causing serious injury; colliding with obstacles or barriers; failing to land on the condition of snow Air Bags or ice on Trampolines; injury or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes death due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streamsnegligence on the part of myself, creeksmy trainer, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehiclespersons; injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment; injury or death as a result of improper training techniques; injury or death due to a medical condition, equipment whether known or structuresunknown by me; encounters with domestic injury or death due to a failure to act safely within my own ability; mechanical or structural failure of the Air Bats or Trampolines; loss of balance; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and wild animals including dogs and bearsdirection; loose gravel; rocks; mud; ice; steep or slippery sections; improper impact on the Air Bags or Trampolines; impact or collision with other persons; loss of balance persons or control; slipsobjects including spectators, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessonscourse officials, or other natural or man‐made objects; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; disorientation; overexertion; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS DANGERS, AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. OF AIR BAG AND In consideration of the Releasees allowing my participation in Air Bag and Trampoline Activities and permitting my use of the Air Bags and/or Trampolines, lifts, restaurants, day lodge, parking, access roads, equipment, and other facilities, which facilities shall include all facilities where Air Bag and Trampoline Activities are provided by the Releasees, whether owned by the Releasees or not (collectively, the “Facilities”), I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.hereby agree as follows:

I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve the Activities involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boardingunwanted collision or impact with projectile objects or equipment; collision or impact with equipment, riding and disembarking ski liftsother persons, or natural or man‐made obstacles; cuts or abrasions from equipment; improper use or failure of equipment; power, mechanical or structural failure of facilities, terrain or equipment; falling off equipment or from heights; failure to properly adjust or fasten equipment; changing weather conditions, exposure to extreme weather conditions, or exposure to hot or cold conditions; avalanchessudden stops or changes in direction; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; slips, trips, falls or loss of balance; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed or direction; becoming lost or separated from the guides or instructors or other participants; variable or difficult conditions; exposed rock, earth, ice, trees, tree stumps, forest deadfall, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow changes or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due but not limited to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streamsholes, depressions, loose gravel, rocks, mud, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams bumps, berms, steep or creeksslippery sections, cracks, ruts, etc.; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or negligence of other vehicles, equipment or structurespersons; encounters with domestic and or wild animals including dogs and bearsanimals; collision with other personsmechanical failure of vehicles, motor vehicle accidents or collisions, poor road conditions; loss of balance insect bites or controlstings; slipsa medical condition, trips and fallswhether known or unknown; accidents during snow school lessonsallergic reactions; choking; disorientation; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS DANGERS, AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF THE ACTIVITIES. I am aware that skiing, skiing or snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions the use of the facilities at the ski area (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Activities”) involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing slips, trips and falls; loss of balance or control; sudden and unexpected changes in weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevassesexposed holes on or adjacent to the trails; rockfall; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bearssnow immersion; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips encounters with wild and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aiddomestic animals; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligent first aid; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve ATVing involves many inherent risks, dangers and hazards includinghazards, including but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and ice or other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and stumps, forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice holes and depressions on or beneath the trail or surface; variable and difficult weather conditions; changes or variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable streams and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; travel on back-country roads; snowcat roads, road-banks or and cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles impact or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other personsatvs and vehicles, becoming lost or separated from the guides or other participants; loss mechanical failure of balance or controlatvs and related equipment; slips, trips extreme and fallsrapidly changing weather conditions; accidents during snow school lessonsencounter with wildlife including bears; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contactavalanches; negligent first aid; the failure to act operate an atv safely or within one’s 's own ability or to stay within designated areasability; negligence of other atvers and other persons; and AND NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES , INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF BY THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. Communication in the alpine terrain may be difficult, and in the event of an accident, rescue, medical treatment and evacuation may not be available or may be delayed. Alpine weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly and without warning. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics Caving and sessions involve many Climbing Activities involves certain risks, dangers and hazards includinghazards, including but not limited to: boardingsteep slopes, riding tight passages, uneven footing, wet, loose or slippery rocks and disembarking ski liftsvertical drops that may contribute to trips, slips and falls or could delay medical assistance or evacuation from the cave in the event of an injury; changing weather conditionsloose or falling rocks; avalanches; exposed rockpools, earthstreams, icewaterfalls, spray and drips that may result in discomfort or cold, and may lead to hypothermia; water within the cave environment that may not be fit for consumption; breakage, malfunction or failure of equipment used in Caving and Climbing Activities including but not limited to helmets, head lamps, climbing ropes, climbing harnesses, anchor points, and ladders; negligence on the part of other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations participants in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable Caving and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessonsClimbing Activities; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR SAFEGUARDOR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF PARTICIPATING IN CAVING AND CLIMBING ACTIVITIES. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding the Participant’s participation in the Archery & Wilderness Knots & Knives Programs and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve Activities involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boardinghiking on and off‐site; collision or impact with equipment, riding other persons, or natural or man‐made obstacles; unwanted contact with projectile objects or equipment; being struck or pierced by equipment such as knives, arrows and disembarking ski liftsother archery equipment; cuts, xxxxx or abrasions from equipment such as knives, ropes, camping stoves, and fires; improper use or failure of equipment; falling off or being ejected from equipment or from heights; failure to properly adjust or fasten equipment; inadequate equipment; power, mechanical or structural failure of facilities, terrain, or equipment; inadequate course conditions; changing weather conditions or exposure to extreme weather conditions; avalanchesslips, trips, falls or loss of balance; the failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed or direction; sudden stops or changes in direction; failure to slow or stop in designated areas; becoming lost or separated from the guides or instructors or other participants; variable or difficult conditions; exposed rock, earth, ice, trees, tree stumps, forest deadfall, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow changes or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surfaceterrain, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streamssuch as holes, depressions, loose gravel, rocks, mud, creeks, and exposed holes bumps, berms, steep or slippery sections, crack, ruts, etc.; negligence of other persons; drowning (when near, on, or in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structureswater); encounters with domestic and or wild animals including dogs and bearsanimals; collision with other personsinsect bites or stings; loss of balance a medical condition, whether known or controlunknown; slips, trips and fallsallergic reactions; accidents during snow school lessonschoking; disorientation fatigue; overexertion; negligent first aid; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME THE PARTICIPANT FROM OR WARN ME THE PARTICIPANT OF THE RISKS, DANGERS DANGERS, AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. In consideration of the Releasees allowing the Participant to participate in the Archery or Wilderness Knots & Knives Programs and Activities and permitting the Participant’s use of their equipment, trails, hill, restaurants, day lodge, parking, access roads and other facilities, which facilities shall include any and all areas and premises where the Activities are provided by the Releasees, whether owned by the Releasees or not (collectively, the “Facilities”), I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF THE ACTIVITIES. I am also aware that the risks, dangers dangers, and hazards referred to above of the Activities exist throughout the Facilities and beyond the ski area surrounding areas and that many hazards are unmarked. In consideration of the Releasees agreeing to my participation in the Activities and permitting my use of their equipment, arenas, dressing rooms, restaurants, day lodge, parking, access roads and other facilities, which facilities shall include all facilities where the Activities are provided by the Releasees, whether owned by the Releasees or not (collectively, the “Facilities”), I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.hereby agree as follows:

I recognize that serious injury or death can result from both low and high energy impacts, even when a helmet is worn. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve Skiing involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, ice and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; changes or variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; changes or variations in the surface or sub-surfacesub‐surface, including changes due to man-made man‐made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, creeks and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-road banks or cut-cut banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making snowmaking equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic use of halfpipes, terrain parks, rails, boxes, jumps and wild animals other features including dogs and bearsuse of dryslope or other artificial surface material; collision with other skiers or snowboarders, or other persons; encounters with domestic or wild animals; loss of balance or control; slips, trips trips, and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; lacerations and abrasions; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; becoming lost or separated from one’s party; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF SKIING. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above of Skiing exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH SKIING, AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS HAZARDS, AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE DAMAGE, OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.. In consideration of the Releasees accepting my application for a pass, season pass, program and/or lesson, allowing my participation in Skiing, and permitting my use of the lifts, ski runs, trails, terrain parks, half‐pipe, race courses, restaurants, day lodge, parking, access roads and other facilities, which facilities shall include all resorts and ski hills where Skiing is provided by the Releasees, whether owned or operated by the Releasees or not (collectively, the “Facilities”), I hereby agree as follows:

These include but are not limited to: boarding, riding travel by helicopter over mountainous or alpine environment; helicopter crashes; being struck by rotating helicopter blades and disembarking ski liftstail rotors; changing weather conditionsdrowning; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes hypothermia due to man-made exposure to very cold water; mechanical malfunction of helicopters or artificial snowmotorized boats; variable pilot error; travel over extreme, mountainous or alpine terrain where fallen timber, branches, rocks, roots, logs, loose gravel or other obstacles or hazards, steep slopes or unstable ground may cause slips and difficult conditionsfalls; travel on, through or beside snowfields, glaciers, crevasses, streams, creeks, rivers, ponds and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams lakes; rock slides; avalanches; lightning, high winds or creeksadverse weather conditions; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roadsinjury to eyes, road-banks face, hands and other body parts due to contact with or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles impaling on hooks or other vehicles, equipment or structuresfragments from fishing rods; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs dogs, and bearswildlife, including bears and cougars; collision with other personsbecoming lost or separated from the guide or party; loss miscellaneous health problems related to over-exposure to the sun, insect bites, fatigue, stress, dehydration, exertion, high altitude and lack of balance or controlfitness; slips, trips food poisoning; negligent first aid; and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely . Communication in the alpine and backcountry terrain is difficult and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be immediately available. Alpine and backcountry weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly and without warning. I am also aware that further a risk, danger and hazard of participating in Adventure Activities is negligence, inattention or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence inexperience of other persons; members of my party, and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF SKIING. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above of Skiing exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH SKIING, AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS HAZARDS, AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE DAMAGE, OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM. TO: CALGARY OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION, operating as WinSport and its directors, officers, employees, instructors, guides, agents, representatives, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, insurers, successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Releasees”).

Assumption of Risks. I am participating voluntarily in the Bombshell Enduro and am aware that the Bombshell Enduro may involve risks, hazards and dangers, including the possibility of damage to my property, physical or psychological injury and death. I am aware that skiingmy participation in the Bombshell Enduro is subject to various inherent dangers, snowboarding hazards and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited towithout limitation: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalancheslimited visibility; exposed rockvariations in steepness in terrain; variations or changes in terrain surface including holes, earthdepressions, iceloose gravel, cliffs, rocks, mud, creeks, bumps, berms, jumps, steep or slippery sections, off-camber turns, and other natural objects; treesEquipment and vehicle failure, tree xxxxxmalfunction or loss; loss of balance, tree stumps difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and forest deadfalldirection; the condition of snow impact or ice on collision with natural or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snowobjects; variable encounters with wildlife, including bears, birds, cougars and difficult conditionsinsects; streams, creeks, travel on roadways and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat logging roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towerspersons, fencesanimals, snow making equipmentbicycles or vehicles; becoming lost or separated from the volunteers, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles instructors or other vehicles, equipment or structuresparticipants; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure failing to act safely or within one’s own ability ability; risks that may arise due to my inadequate physical fitness or endurance; lack of preparation; inadequate, inappropriate, improperly prepared or adjusted Equipment; risk of falling, callusing broken bones, severe injuries to stay within designated areasthe head, neck, back, torso or limbs which may result in severe impairment, injury or death; allergic or other physical reactions due to airborne or ingested substances or insect bites or stings; weather related injuries and illness including exposure, heat exhaustion, sunburn, hypothermia and dehydration; accidents or illness arising without ready access to medical facilities; any ill effect from food or drink, including but not limited to food poisoning, intoxication, sickness or allergic reaction, negligence of other personspersons including negligence, mistake or omission on the part of fellow participants in the Bombshell Enduro; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKSnegligence on the part of the Releasees, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that including the failure on the part of the Releasees to take reasonable steps to safeguard or protect me from the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and above. These include but are not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanchesmechanical failure of the bike or other equipment; exposed rockslips, earthtrips and falls; loss of balance; high speed descents; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and direction; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; extreme variation in cycling terrain including steep or slippery sections, icetrees, roots, tree stumps, logs, cliffs, rocks, rock drops, loose gravel, holes, depressions, streams and creeks; constructed feature such as bridges, ramps, ladders, bumps, berms, jumps, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banksdrops; collision with lift towersother persons; collisions with natural and constructed objects, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other mountain bikes and vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs dogs, bears and bearscougars; collision with negligence of other personsriders or users of the mountain bike trails and terrain; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and fallsnegligent first aid; accidents during snow school mountain bike instructional courses, lessons, clinics or sessions; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, parasites and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME THE RIDER FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEASSOCIATED WITH USE OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PARTICIPATING IN MOUNTAIN BIKING. Assumption of Risks. I understand that a helmet designed for recreational snow sports may reduce the risk of some types of head injuries. I recognize that serious injury or death can result from both low and high energy impacts, even when a helmet is worn. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve Skiing involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, ice and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; changes or variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; changes or variations in the surface or sub-surfacesub‐surface, including changes due to man-made man‐made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, creeks and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-road banks or cut-cut banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making snowmaking equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic use of halfpipes, terrain parks, rails, boxes, jumps and wild animals other features including dogs and bearsuse of dryslope or other artificial surface material; collision with other skiers or snowboarders, or other persons; encounters with domestic or wild animals; loss of balance or control; slips, trips trips, and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; lacerations and abrasions; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; becoming lost or separated from one’s party; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF SKIING. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above of Skiing exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve many risks, of the dangers and hazards includingrisks inherent in my participation in the Activities and related activities and that such dangers and risks CAN BE HAZARDOUS AND INVOLVE THE RISK OF PHYSICAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, including but not limited to: boardingslips and falls while hiking, riding aches, pain, sprains, broken bones or muscle soreness as a result of participation in the Activities; slips and falls while boarding or disembarking ski liftsfrom a kayak or motorized vehicle; changing hypothermia due to exposure to cold water or other weather conditions; avalanchesdrowning due to variation in water conditions, surfaces and currents, including high waves and tides, changing inclement weather conditions including storms, high wind, snow, lightening or fog; exposed rockcollisions with rocks, earthtrees, icedead fall, boating equipment, other kayaks or motorized boats; equipment failure or improper use of equipment; increased difficulty maintaining personal hygiene; accidents that occur while hiking and camping including steep slopes in their natural state that may contain obstacles and hazards and terrain that may not have been travelled and/or climbed before and that is not regularly patrolled or inspected; variation in terrain including holes, depressions, xxxx gravel, rocks, mud, roots, seaweed, algae, barnacles, forest deadfall, or other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made objects on or artificial snowadjacent to the trails; variable and difficult conditionsintegrity of man-made structures including tent platforms, benches, tables, toilets; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structuresinability to obtain medical assistance due to remoteness of locations; encounters with wild or domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance animals, becoming lost or control; slipsseparated from one’s guide, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aidparty; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; and negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND AM AWARE THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME ONE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF THE ACTIVITIES IS NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS, INCLUDING THE FAILURE OF THE RELEASEES TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS, AND HAZARDS OF THE ACTIVITIES, SOME, BUT NOT ALL OF WHICH ARE REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM. I understand, acknowledge and agree that the physical demands of the Activities, on me as a participant require that I am medically, physically and emotionally fit and fully able to participate in the Activities, and that my clothing and equipment are satisfactory for participating in the Activities. I further understand, acknowledge and agree that the Releasees specifically prohibit the use of alcohol and any non-prescription drugs during the Activities and Participant confirms they will not participate in the Activities under the influence of alcohol or drugs or when the prior use of alcohol or non-prescription drugs may affect Participants ability to participate in the Activities in any way, whatsoever.

These include but are not limited to: boarding, riding use of chairlifts and disembarking ski liftsgondolas; changing weather conditions; avalanchesmechanical failure of equipment; exposed rockfalls; loss of balance; high speed descents; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and direction; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; extreme variation in cycling terrain including steep or slippery sections, earthtrees, iceroots, tree stumps, logs, cliffs, rocks, rock drops, loose gravel, holes, depressions, streams and creeks; constructed feature such as bridges, ramps, ladders, bumps, berms, jumps, and drops; collisions with natural and constructed objects, other natural objects; treesmountain bikers, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structurespedestrians, spectators and officials; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with negligence of other persons; loss riders or users of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessonsthe premises; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME THE RIDER FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF MOUNTAIN BIKING. I am also aware that Riders are advised to wear an approved helmet and other protective equipment such as elbow/forearm and knee/shin armour when mountain biking. Use of a helmet is mandatory in the risksBike Park. A helmet designed for recreational bicycle use will help reduce the risk of some types of injuries to the user at slower speeds. Serious injury or death can result from both low and high energy impacts, dangers even when a helmet is worn. I am also aware that fishing, hiking, backpacking, camping and backcountry travel involve many risks, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to steep slopes in their natural state that may contain many obstacles and hazards; negligent first aidterrain that may not have been travelled on or climbed before and is not regularly patrolled or inspected; failure to act safely becoming lost or within one’s own ability separated from the guide or to stay within designated areasparty; rock slides; rapid and extreme change in weather conditions; negligence of other persons; participants. Communication in the backcountry terrain is difficult, and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be available. I am also aware that there is a risk of NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES OPERATOR, INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON BY THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS OPERATOR TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEOF RIVER RAFTING ACTIVITIES. I am also aware camping, hiking and back country travel by foot, vehicle or watercraft involve many risks, dangers and hazards, including, but not limited to: steep slopes, undercut and eroded riverbanks, obstacles and hazards; terrain that may not have been travelled on before and that is not regularly patrolled; becoming lost or separated from the guide or other participants and risks associated with camp and forest fires. Communication on the water is difficult, and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be available. I am also aware that there is a risk of NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarkedOF PARTICIPATING IN THE WATER ACTIVITIES. I AM AWARE THAT NONE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF THE ACTIVITIES IS NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT - In consideration of the Releasees allowing me to participate in the Activities and permitting my use of their equipment, and for other good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I hereby agree as follows:

Assumption of Risks. I FREELY ACCEPT AND AM FULLY AWARE of the dangers involved in the performance of the Activities and Programs, and the dangers inherent to snow sports, including those caused by gravitational forces or otherwise. I understand and accept that by engaging in the Activities and Programs, my life and physical safety are endangered. FURTHERMORE, I understand and accept that the above mentioned dangers exist within the Activities and Program areas, and may include environmental conditions, technical equipment and atmospheric influences, or natural or manmade obstacles. I am aware that skiingcertain movements or actions cannot always be anticipated or controlled and therefore cannot be avoided or prevented through safety measures. I am aware of the physical exertion required to participate in the Activities and Programs, and I am aware that this exertion may activate, re-activate or aggravate pre-existing injuries, conditions, symptoms or congenital defects. FURTHERMORE, I am aware that snowboarding and participating participation in snow school lessons, clinics the Activities and sessions involve Programs involves many inherent risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and or other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and stumps, forest deadfalldead fall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the snow surface; changes or variations in the terrain used for snowboarding, including the Activities and Programs, which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; changes or variations in the snow surface or sub-surfacesubsurface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult snow and weather conditions; streams, creeks, creeks and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-road banks or cut-banks; impact or collision with lift towersstructures, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or and other vehicles, equipment, structures, or objects or equipment used in connection with skiing or structuressnowboarding and Activities and Programs of the Releasees; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bearssnowcat roads; road-banks or cut banks; impact or collision with other persons, including other skiers, snowboarders, racers, spectators, participants, competitors or course officials; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; the failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons, including other skiers, snowboarders, racers, spectators, participants, competitors, course officials; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES , INCLUDING FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVEASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout the area used for skiing, snowboarding and beyond the ski area Activities and Programs of the Releasees, and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR AND LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.

Assumption of Risks. I understand that use of helmets designed for the above Activities will help reduce the risk of some types of head injuries to the user. I recognise that serious injury or death can result from both low and high energy impacts, even when an appropriate helmet is worn. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions the Activities involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, including but not limited toto risk of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from: injury to musculoskeletal and/or cardio respiratory systems; cuts, scrapes and bruises; slips, trips or falls; unwanted contact with projectile objects including but not limited to airsoft pellets, arrows, golf balls and hockey pucks; unwanted contact or collision with other persons, vehicles, obstacles, equipment, unsecured nets or net pegs, ice resurfacer or arena glass; improper use or failure of equipment; boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, ice and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; medical conditions whether known or unknown by me; negligence of other persons; loss of balance or control; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve trail biking involves many inherent risks, dangers and hazards includinghazards, including but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and ice or other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and stumps, forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice holes and depressions on or beneath the trail or surface; variable and difficult weather conditions; changes or variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable streams and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat crossing natural or manmade structures; travel on back-country roads; snow trail bike trails, road-banks or and cut-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles impact or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other personstrail bikes and vehicles, becoming lost or separated from the group or other participants; loss mechanical failure of balance or controltrail bikes and related equipment; slips, trips extreme and fallsrapidly changing weather conditions; accidents during snow school lessonsencounter with wildlife including bears and other animals; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; the failure to act operate an trail bike safely or within one’s 's own ability or to stay within designated areasability; negligence of other trail bike riders and other persons; and AND NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, INCLUDING THE FAILURE BY STAFF OF THE CLUB. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME am also aware and acknowledge that communication in the wilderness terrain may be difficult, and in the event of an accident, rescue, medical treatment and evacuation may not be available or may be delayed. Wilderness weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly and without warning. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. I acknowledge that use and/or consumption of alcohol and all illicit drugs and/or street drugs IS PROHIBITED ON THE vehicles OR WHILE ENGAGING IN THE CLUB EVENT. The terrain used for Alpine Activities is uncontrolled, clinics unmarked, not inspected, and sessions involve involves many risks, dangers and hazards includingin addition to that of avalanche. ASSOCIATED WITH ALPINE ACTIVITIES AND I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM. Unlike alpine ski boot/binding systems, snowboard, snowshoe and some telemark boot/binding systems are not designed or intended to release and will not release under normal circumstances which may increase the risk of not surviving an avalanche.

Assumption of Risks. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions ski & snowboard racing involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-banks; collision banks;collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.. In consideration of the Releasees accepting my registration and attendance of the WORLD AIRLINES SKI CHAMIONSHIP, I hereby agree as follows:

Assumption of Risks. I am aware that skiing, snowboarding and participating in snow school lessons, clinics and sessions involve Parkour involves many risks, dangers and hazards includinghazards. The risks, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to: boardingJumping, riding running, vaulting, swinging, brachiation, rolling, falling, sliding, loss of balance, variation in obstacles, the use of the equipment, facilities of Journey Parkour, parkour parks, outdoor facilities, parkour activities done with parks and disembarking ski liftsrec; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rockI further understand and am aware of the risks, earth, icedangers, and other natural hazards associated with or arising from including but not limited to: fainting, abnormal blood pressure, musculoskeletal injuries (such as neck and back strains, muscle strains, muscles pulls, tendon and ligament damage, damage to joints or bone fractures), paralysis, death, or damage to myself, property, or to third parties, resulting from: Falling and impacting wall surfaces or the ground, including any fixed or mobile objects, obstacles, or equipment, including wooden, metal objects, obstacles, or equipment; trees, tree xxxxx, tree stumps and forest deadfallFalling participants or equipment of any kind; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations Participation in the terrain which may create blind spots physical activity of the sport itself; Negligence on the part of other participants; and/or Negligence on the part of Journey Parkour or areas of reduced visibility; variations in its employees, agents, instructors or independent contractors (collectively the surface or sub-surface'Releasees"), including changes due the failure on the part of the Releasees to man-made safeguard or artificial snow; variable protect me from the risks, dangers and difficult conditions; streamshazards of the activities, creeks, travel or transport to and exposed holes in from the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-bankssites used for Parkour ; collision with lift towerspedestrians, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other motor vehicles, equipment or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessons; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areascyclists; negligence of other personsparticipants; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES , INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RISKS THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF PARKOUR. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. These may include, but are not limited to: boardingslips, riding trips and disembarking ski liftsfalls; changing weather conditionsrockfall; avalanchesloss of balance; exposed rockeffects of the weather; high winds; effects of altitude; variation in terrain including steep or slippery sections, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree xxxxxroots, tree stumps stumps, logs, cliffs, rock drops, loose gravel, holes, depressions, streams and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roadscollisions with natural and constructed structures, road-banks vehicles or cut-banksequipment; collision with lift towersother persons; over-exposure to the sun, fencesinsect bites, snow making fatigue, dehydration, exertion, and lack of fitness; overturning or upsetting of watercraft, floats or tubes; drowning; hypothermia; exposure to water and sun; becoming lost or separated from one’s party or guide; equipment failure including equipment associated with or related to climbing, rappelling, belaying, and the use of watercraft; mechanical failure of equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles ; failure of parachute or other vehicles, equipment safety equipment; failure to act safely or structureswithin one’s own ability or stay within designated areas; negligent first aid; impact or collision with other persons; encounters with dangerous or poisonous flora and fauna; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessonsanimals; infectious disease contracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; persons and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND OF PARTICIPATING IN THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROMACTIVITIES.

These risks, dangers and hazards include, but are not limited to: boardingmechanical failure of the equipment; damage to personal property while participating in the Activities; transportation to, riding from and disembarking during the activities, which may include using motor vehicles, ski lifts, helicopters, float planes, boats and other forms of transport; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objectsobjects both marked and unmarked; trees, tree xxxxxroots, logs, holes, gravel, mud, tree stumps stumps, branches and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice deadfall on or beneath adjacent to the surfaceterrain; collision or encounters with other cyclists, wildlife, pedestrians, constructed features including stunts, jumps, drops, gaps, obstacles, bridges, trail making equipment, vehicles, equipment or structures, fences or posts; loss of balance or control; falls; changes or variations in the terrain which may create cycling surface or sub-surface; blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, creeks and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams cycling or creekshiking sur- face; cliffs; crevasses; snowcat roads, road-banks or cut-cut banks, variation or steepness in terrain, difficulty or inability to control ones speed or direction; collision with lift towersslippery terrain; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; fatigue, fencesexhaustion, snow making equipmenthypothermia, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles high elevation and other health risks; becoming lost or separated from the guides or instructors or other vehicles, equipment participants; failure to cycle safely or structures; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs and bears; collision with other persons; loss of balance within one’s own ability or control; slips, trips and falls; accidents during snow school lessonswithin designated areas; infectious disease contracted con- tracted through viruses, bacteria, parasites, parasites and fungi fungus which may be transmitted through direct or indirect contact; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other personscyclists or participants, risks inherent in swimming including drowning; allergy or adverse reactions to provided food or beverage; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF ANY OF THE RELEASEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE NEGLI- GENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF ANY OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE REASON- ABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM OR WARN ME OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that understand the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout and beyond the ski area description of these risks is not complete and that many hazards are unmarkedunknown or unanticipated risks my result in property damage, illness, serious injury or death. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM.
