Assumptions or Guaranties of Indebtedness of Other Persons. Except as set forth on Schedule 3(z) attached hereto, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has assumed, guaranteed, endorsed, or otherwise become directly or contingently liable on, any Indebtedness or any other agreement of any other person.
