At-Home Telephone Calls. Employees contacted at home by phone to discuss and/or find solutions to programming or applications problems shall receive overtime pay for all work related telephone calls received after hours. The compensation shall be one-half hour minimum pay for each call received, as long as the calls are more than 1 hour apart. A second call within the hour shall be compensated for time worked.
