Location of Equipment The Customer shall not remove the Equipment from the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment, without prior written approval of the Company. The Customer shall inform the Company by email upon demand of the exact location of the Equipment while it is in the Customer’s possession.
Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.
Location of Inventory and Equipment The Inventory and Equipment are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party (without Foothill's prior written consent) and are located only at the locations identified on Schedule 6.12 or otherwise permitted by Section 6.12.
Business Locations Set forth on Schedule 6.20(a) is a list of all Real Properties located in the United States that are owned or leased by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(b) is a list of all locations where any tangible personal property of a Loan Party is located as of the Closing Date. Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.
Workstation Encryption Supplier will require hard disk encryption of at least 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) on all workstations and/or laptops used by Personnel where such Personnel are accessing or processing Accenture Data.
Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.
Place of Business; Location of Collateral The address set forth in the heading to this Agreement is Borrower's chief executive office. In addition, Borrower has places of business and Collateral is located only at the locations set forth on the Schedule. Borrower will give Silicon at least 30 days prior written notice before opening any additional place of business, changing its chief executive office, or moving any of the Collateral to a location other than Borrower's Address or one of the locations set forth on the Schedule.
Location of Equipment and Inventory All Equipment and Inventory are (i) located at the locations indicated on Schedule 4 (ii) in transit to such locations or (iii) in transit to a third party purchaser which will become obligated on a Receivable to the Debtor upon receipt. Except for Equipment and Inventory referred to in clauses (ii) and (iii) of the preceding sentence, the Debtor has exclusive possession and control of the Inventory and Equipment.
Inventory and Equipment On the date hereof, the Inventory and the Equipment (other than mobile goods) are kept at the locations listed on Schedule 5.
