Common use of At the X Clause in Contracts

At the X. X. Xxxxx Elementary building, homeroom teacher bargaining unit members shall not assume playground and/or cafeteria duty. Non homeroom teachers may be assigned playground and/or cafeteria duty not to exceed thirty (30) minutes per day based upon his/her availability. However, non-homeroom teachers shall only be assigned one (1) homeroom class per instructional period.
