Athletic and Other Associations. The Charter School may, but shall not be required to, join any organization, association, or league as is customary for public schools in the State of Wisconsin which has as its objective the promotion and regulation of sport and athletic, oratorical, musical, dramatic, creative arts, or other contests by or between pupils.
