Common use of AT&T-21STATE will Clause in Contracts

AT&T-21STATE will. be responsible for loading the CLEC provided recording or the silent announcement into all applicable OS and/or DA switches prior to live traffic, testing the announcement for sound quality at parity with that provided to AT&T-21STATE End Users. CLEC will be responsible for paying the initial recording or silent announcement loading charges, and thereafter, the per-call charge as well as any subsequent loading charges if new recordings or silent announcements are provided as specified above.
