Attachments, etc. If a writ or warrant of attachment, garnishment, execution, distraint or similar process has been issued against any Loan Party or any of its properties in an amount in excess of $200,000, which has remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 have not been satisfied.
