Undischarged Judgments. If one or more judgments for the payment of money have been entered against Borrower in an amount in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate and such judgment or judgments have remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 have not been satisfied.
Undischarged Judgments. The existence of a final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00) by any court or other Governmental Authority against a Significant Consolidated Entity, which is not paid, discharged, stayed, dismissed through appropriate appellate proceedings or bonded within thirty (30) days after entry.
Undischarged Judgments. Any court or other governmental authority renders judgment against the Borrower or any Guarantor for the payment of money in excess of $250,000, payment of which is not fully covered by valid collectible insurance or for which execution is not stayed by bond or otherwise; or
Undischarged Judgments. Judgment for the payment of money in excess of $50,000.00 (which is not covered by insurance) is rendered by any court or other governmental body against the Borrower or any Subsidiary, and such Person does not discharge the same or provide for its discharge in accordance with its terms, or procure a stay of execution thereof within 30 days from the date of entry thereof, and within said 30-day period or such longer period during which execution of such judgment shall have been stayed, appeal therefrom and cause the execution thereof to be stayed during such appeal while providing such reserves therefor as may be required under generally accepted accounting principles.
Undischarged Judgments. The Borrowers, or if any such judgments are recourse to the Borrowers, any of PLC’s Subsidiaries, shall fail within 45 days to pay, bond or otherwise discharge any judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $50,000,000 which is not stayed on appeal or otherwise being appropriately contested in good faith.
Undischarged Judgments. If judgment for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00) is rendered by any court or other governmental body against Borrower, any Subsidiary or any Guarantor and Borrower, any Subsidiary or any Guarantor does not immediately discharge the same or provide for its immediate discharge in accordance with its terms, or procure a stay of execution thereof within ten (10) days from the date of entry thereof, and within said period of ten (10) days from the date of entry thereof or such longer period during which execution of such judgment shall have been stayed, appeal therefrom and cause the execution thereof to be stayed during such appeal while providing such reserves therefor as may be required under GAAP; or
Undischarged Judgments. Any Company Party or any of its Subsidiaries shall suffer any money judgment, writ, warrant of attachment or other order that involves an amount or value in excess of the sum of (i) $250,000, plus (ii) the amount of any applicable deductible under any insurance policies insuring such Company Party or any such Subsidiary against such money judgment, writ, warrant or other order, provided that (A) such excess amount or value shall not be fully covered by insurance (and, if requested by the Purchaser, the Company shall cause a letter to be furnished to the Purchaser from the relevant insurance company confirming that such excess amount or value is fully covered by insurance) and (B) such judgment, writ, warrant or other order shall continue unsatisfied and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) days; or
Undischarged Judgments. Judgment for the payment of money in excess of $500,000 (which is not covered by insurance) is rendered by any Governmental Authority against Borrower, and Borrower does not discharge the same or provide for its discharge in accordance with its terms, or procure a stay of execution thereof within 30 days from the date of entry thereof, and within said 30-day period or such longer period during which execution of such judgment will have been stayed, appeal therefrom and cause the execution thereof to be stayed during such appeal while providing such reserves therefor as may be required under generally accepted accounting principles, and such Default continues uncured for a period of 15 days after written notice of such Default (specifying the Default) is given by the Lenders to Borrower.
Undischarged Judgments. Judgment for the payment of money in excess of $500,000.00 (which is not covered by insurance) is rendered by any court or other governmental body against the Borrower, and the Borrower does not discharge the same or provide for its discharge in accordance with its terms, or procure a stay of execution thereof within 30 days from the date of entry thereof, and within said 30-day period, or such longer period during which execution of such judgment shall have been stayed, appeal therefrom and cause the execution thereof to be stayed during such appeal while providing such reserves therefor as may be required under GAAP.
Undischarged Judgments. Existence of a judgment or judgments (i) for the payment of money in excess of $50,000 in the aggregate awarded by any Governmental Authority against a Borrower or against a Borrower's Property which is not paid, discharged, or bonded within thirty (30) days after entry or, if later, when stipulated for payment, or (ii) awarding equitable relief likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
