Common use of Attendance Accounting Clause in Contracts

Attendance Accounting. The Charter School shall establish and maintain an appropriate attendance accounting system to record the number of days students are actually in attendance and engaged in activities required of them by the Charter School. The annual audit (see section 10(c) below) will review actual attendance accounting records and practices to ensure compliance. The Charter School’s attendance accounting practices will be in conformance with the Charter Schools Act, the California Administrative Code sections defining charter school average daily attendance, and other applicable law.
