Attendance and Waiver of Notice. Notice of a meeting may be waived by any Manager before, during or after the meeting. Attendance of a Manager at any meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting, except where a Manager attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened and raises such objection promptly at the start of the meeting.
