No Employment Rights. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to create in Indemnitee any right to continued employment.
No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect in any manner whatsoever the right or power of the Company, or a parent or subsidiary of the Company, to terminate Purchaser’s employment or consulting relationship, for any reason, with or without cause.
No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement will confer upon the Participant any right to continued employment with the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates or affect the right of the Company to terminate the employment of the Participant at any time for any reason.
No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as giving the Employee the right to be retained as an employee or as impairing the rights of the Corporation or a Subsidiary or an Affiliate to terminate his or her employment at any time, with or without cause.

No provision of the Plan, nor any Award granted under the Plan, shall be construed to give any person any right to become, to be treated as, or to remain an Employee or Consultant. The Company and its Subsidiaries reserve the right to terminate any person’s Service at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon the Grantee the right to continued employment by the Corporation or any Subsidiary, or affect the right of the Corporation or any Subsidiary to terminate the employment or service of the Grantee at any time for any reason.
No Employment Rights. If Holder is an Employee, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer upon Holder any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any Subsidiary or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of the Company and its Subsidiaries, which are expressly reserved, to discharge Holder at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause, except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in a written agreement between the Company and Holder.
No Employment Rights. Nothing in the Plan or this Unit Agreement or any related material shall give the Grantee the right to continue in the employment of SunTrust or any Subsidiary or adversely affect the right of SunTrust or any Subsidiary to terminate the Grantee’s employment with or without cause at any time.
No Employment Rights. This Agreement shall not constitute an agreement of employment and does not give the Executive the right to continue in the employ of the Company or otherwise interfere with the right of the Company to terminate the employment of the Executive at any time.
No Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as giving the Optionee the right to be retained as an employee of the Company or its subsidiaries. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Optionee's employment at any time for any reason, subject only to the terms of any written employment contract entered into between the Company and the Optionee.
