Attendance at Meetings; Determination of Voting Rights; Conduct and Adjournment of Meetings. (a) Attendance at meetings of Holders may be in person or by proxy; and, to the extent permitted by law, any such proxy shall remain in effect and be binding upon any future Holder of the Trust Securities with respect to which it was given unless and until specifically revoked by the Holder or future Holder of such Trust Securities before being voted.
