Attendance Day Clause Samples
The Attendance Day clause defines the specific day or days on which a party is required to be present for a particular event, obligation, or activity under the agreement. In practice, this clause may specify the exact calendar date, a recurring schedule, or conditions that trigger the need for attendance, such as meetings, inspections, or training sessions.
