ATTENDANCE SALARY INCENTIVE. Teachers shall be entitled to receive an attendance salary incentive at the end of each school year as listed here in paragraph F. Days that would count towards “being absent” would be defined as the following leaves: sick days, illness in the family days, sabbatical leave days, extended leave days and child care leave days. Days that would not count towards “being absent” would include approved professional/conference days, jury duty days, personal days, bereavement days and military leave days. Incentive Amounts: Perfect attendance $500 1 day absent $250 In addition, unused personal days shall be compensated as follows: 3 unused days $150
