Attendance via Communications Equipment. Unless otherwise restricted by Law or this Agreement, the Members, Board, committees or Management Council may hold meetings by means of telephone conference or other communications equipment by means of which all Persons participating in the meeting can effectively communicate with each other. Such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at the meeting, except where a Person participates in the meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.
