Attendant Contracts. Following a thirty-calendar day probationary period, attendants shall be offered appropriately worded individual one-year attendant contracts. All attendant contracts shall be deemed automatically non- renewed as of their expiration date and no action by the Board shall be required in connection with such nonrenewal. Attendants shall accrue seniority and experience credit on the salary schedule for each year they work as an attendant. Once an employee has completed his/her probationary period, he/she shall have all rights under the contract back to the first day of employment.
