Attendant. An Association attendant will be present at the clubhouse during the entirety of the reserved time. The Contracting Resident shall check-in and check-out with the attendant and communicate any issues or questions with the attendant throughout the event.

The Operating Committee shall review and approve the NYS Transmission Plan prepared by the ISO staff and reliability assessments performed using such NYS Transmission Plan, to ensure conformance with the Reliability Rules. The Operating Committee shall review and approve illustrative NYS Transmission System expansion options developed by ISO staff in response to PSC requests. The Operating Committee, at the request of a Committee member, may review the adequacy of cost recovery mechanisms for transmission expansion.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for conformance with Circular guidelines.

  • Airfare 5.1 The County will only reimburse up to a coach price fare for air travel. 5.2 The County will exclude any additional charges due to personal preference or personal convenience of the individual traveling (i.e. early bird check in, seat preference charges, airline upgrades, etc. will not be an allowable reimbursement) 5.3 Air travel expenses must be supported with receipt copy of an airline ticket or an itinerary with actual ticket price paid. If tickets are purchased through a website, vendor must submit a copy of the webpage showing the ticket price if no paper ticket was issued. 5.4 Cancellation and/or change flight fees may be reimbursed by the County but vendor must provide the Xxxxxxxxxx County Auditor with documentation in writing from a County department head providing authorization for the change. 5.5 The County will not reimburse vendor for tickets purchased with frequent flyer miles.

  • Company’s Responsibilities Except for the items above that are the responsibility of Authority, Company will, throughout the Term of this Agreement, assume full responsibility for all nonstructural repair and maintenance of the Premises, whether such repair or maintenance be ordinary or extraordinary, and without limiting the generality hereof, Company will keep the Premises and all of Company’s trade and other fixtures, equipment, and personal property that are located on any part of the Premises or Common Use Areas open to or visible by the general public, in a clean and orderly condition and appearance; and A. Provide and maintain required fire protection and safety equipment (other than that which Authority must provide in connection with construction of Authority’s improvements) and all other equipment of every kind and nature required by any law, rule, order, ordinance, resolution or regulation of any competent authority; and B. Keep all areas of the Premises in a state of good repair subject to reasonable wear and tear; and C. Repair any damage to the surfaces of the Premises and Common Use Areas caused by use of the surfaces in excess of the approved specifications and planned use or by any oil, gasoline, grease, lubricants or other liquids or substances having a corrosive or detrimental effect thereon; and D. Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all utility service lines, except common utility lines, if any, including but not limited to, service lines for the supply of water, gas service lines, electrical power and telephone conduits and line, retention ponds, sanitary sewers and storm sewers that are now or that may be subsequently located upon the Premises or Common Use Areas and used by Company exclusively. E. All such maintenance, repair and replacements will be of quality equal to the condition of the Premises at the commencement of the Term of this Agreement.

  • Incident Management 3.1. We shall notify You without undue delay after We becomes aware of any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Data, including Personal Data, stored or otherwise processed by Us or Our sub-processors of which We become aware (“Security Incident”). 3.2. We shall use best efforts to identify the cause of such Security Incident and take the measures We deem necessary and within Our control for remediating and securing Customer Data; We shall coordinate such efforts with You without undue delay.

  • Coaches (a) Seat rotation: To ensure all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front and window seats, a daily seat rotation system is employed on all of Our coaches and You must follow the seat rotation system. (b) Travel sickness: If You suffer from travel sickness, You should arrange medication or other alternatives to treat symptoms, as We cannot make allowances for this.
