Common use of Attending Locally Hosted Professional Development Events Clause in Contracts

Attending Locally Hosted Professional Development Events. Certified participants approved by the Office of Curriculum, Instruction & Professional Development to attend PD events hosted within 30 miles of the participant’s place of employment will receive a stipend of $50 per day. The intent of this stipend is to defray participants’ expenses such as meals, mileage, childcare, etc. No additional reimbursements will be provided unless approved by the Director of Curriculum, Instruction & Professional Development.
