Common use of Attorney Fees and Collection Costs Clause in Contracts

Attorney Fees and Collection Costs. If the Student defaults in the performance or non-performance of any obligations under this Agreement, the Student shall pay all eviction costs, collection costs, court costs and attorney fees incurred by University in enforcing its rights under this Agreement as a result of any such breach by the Student. If the Student is referred to Collections, HRE reserves the right to deny future housing. Financial holds are maintained student records until the Student’s financial obligation to HRE is resolved.
