Attorneys and Intent. If an officer intends to be accompanied at a meeting by an attorney, the other party's officer will be given at least 3 Business Days prior notice of the intention and may also be accompanied by an attorney. All negotiations under Section 14.1 are confidential and will be treated as compromise and settlement negotiations for purposes of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and state rules of evidence and civil procedure.
