Attorney’s Fees and Applicable Law. In any action to enforce the provisions of this Selected Dealer Agreement or to secure damages for its breach, the prevailing party shall recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. This Selected Dealer Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Texas and the Dealer Manager. The Dealer and the Dealer Manager hereby acknowledge and agree that venue for any action brought hereunder shall lie exclusively in Houston, Texas.
