Attorneys' Fees and Other Fees and Expenses. Whether or not any of the transactions contemplated by this Loan Agreement shall be consummated, Borrower agrees to pay to Lender on demand all fees paid or expenses incurred by Lender in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and in connection with any amendments, modifications or waivers (whether or not the same become effective) under or in respect of any of the Loan Documents, including, without limitation:
