Attorneys' Fees and Other Fees and Expenses. Whether or not any of the transactions contemplated by this Loan Agreement shall be consummated, subject to the limitations set forth in subsection 10.1.1, Borrower agrees to pay to FINOVA on demand all reasonable expenses incurred by FINOVA in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and in connection with any amendments, modifications or waivers (whether or not the same become effective) under or in respect of any of the Loan Instruments, including, without limitation:
