Attorney's Fees/Code Amendments. 8.8.1 In addition to those fees specifically set forth in Sections 4, 5, 6, 8.7 and 8.9 of this Agreement, the Developer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the legal costs, including, but not limited to attorney's fees, associated with any and all amendments to the Millington Municipal Code related to the development of the Subdivision. Payment is due within 30 days from the date that the City issues a bill.
