Attorneys Fees/Cost/Remedies. If any claim and/or dispute arises under this Agreement, the prevailing Party will be entitled to recover all its reasonable costs including without limitation, expenses and attorney fees incurred through conclusion of the claim and/or dispute. These provisions will not be construed to entitle any Party other than Supplier or AT&T to recover their costs. The Parties agree that damages may be inadequate to compensate for the unique losses to be suffered in the event of a breach hereof, and that the damaged Party will be entitled, in addition to any other remedy it may have under this Agreement or at law, to seek and obtain injunctive and other equitable relief, including specific performance of the terms of this Agreement without the necessity of posting bond. All rights and remedies will be cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies.
