Common use of Attorneys’ Fees; Costs Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees; Costs. In the event of any dispute or litigation resulting from this transaction, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs. The attorneys' fee award shall not be computed in accordance with any court fee schedule, but shall be such as to fully reimburse all attorneys' fees reasonable incurred in good faith.
