ATTORNEYS FEES; GOVERNING LAW. In the event an action is commenced to enforce a party's rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to recover its costs and attorney's fees. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Government Integrator consents to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in King County, Washington.
