Attorneys’ Fees Related to Mandatory Assistance. In providing Authority with dispute or litigation assistance, Consultant or its agents, officers, and employees may incur expenses and/or costs. Consultant agrees that any attorney fees it may incur as a result of assistance provided under Section 12.2 are not reimbursable.
