Common use of Attorneys Clause in Contracts

Attorneys. Attorneys or firms providing legal services or representing Commonwealth Departments may be subject to X.X. x. 30, s. 65, and if providing litigation services must be approved by the Office of the Attorney General to appear on behalf of a Department, and shall have a continuing obligation to notify the Commonwealth of any conflicts of interest arising under the Contract.
